Starters not playing in franchise mode
My starters are not playing in franchise mode. My depth chart is correct, but when it comes to in-game play, all of my bench guys come in and my starters don’t re-enter the game. I’m 16 games into the season and haven’t had an issue until now. I’ve checked all the fatigue sliders, blah blah blah, and all of my settings are the same since I started the season, so nothing has changed. I’m playing on the Xbox Series X. What gives??
Madden 23 - Franchise Update 12/30
Hello Madden Franchise Community, We wanted to provide you with an update and next steps around your Online Franchise, CFM Leagues and FOTF saves from 12/28. From the Developers: On Wednesday 12/28 around 2:45 pm EST, Players trying to access the Franchise server were given an error that leagues were unavailable. The issue persisted until 12:45 am EST on Thursday 12/29. Unfortunately, if you logged into Franchise leagues during this time, your data was affected due to a data storage issue that resulted in Franchise files being corrupted. Note: Players and leagues who did not log in during that window, your leagues were not impacted and are currently safe to log into and play. First off, we are sorry that this happened. We know how important your franchises are to you and we are actively working on a fix to restore some files via a backup as soon as possible. However, not all affected leagues can be restored. The team is currently projecting around 40% of leagues to be recovered. We will communicate an updated timeline next week around the potential restoration of save files from a backup. If you logged in during the above window, we encourage you to start a new franchise as the mode is up and running. Stay tuned to @MaddenNFLDirect for updates around Franchise restoration.
madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features
When the game first released at 12 I went to login and it wouldn’t let me connect to the servers to play anything online, so I just assumed it was because everyone was on the game at once. But still everytime I go to try and login and play online it says I can’t connect to the EA servers.Madden 23 - 12/25 Present Packs Update
Hello Madden Community! We hope you all have had a wonderful holiday season so far. We worked with the live service team to get a full understanding around what happened with presents on 12/25. From the Developers: When presents were first made available to open, it was discovered that they were incorrect. We learned that users still had all the proper inventory of presents and the proper content, but the names and images were incorrect. Meaning when they had earned an "Unfinished Business Pack" that should reward a Tom Brady item, on Christmas morning, that pack was misnamed "Legends Pack" but still awarded the Tom Brady item properly. Around 6:20 PM an update was rolled out in an attempt to correct this, but corrected the wrong thing. Instead of updating the pack names and images, some of the contents of these packs were changed to mismatched pack names. This update was live until approximately 8:10 PM. This resulted in cases where, in the example above: the "Unfinished Business Pack" now had the correct image and name but was instead awarding a Legend instead of the Tom Brady item it should have. At approximately 8:10 PM, the prior update was rolled back, reverting to the previous state where all of the contents of the packs were correct to the collectibles that people had, just with wrong images in some cases. Near 8:40 PM, the names and images of the packs were corrected to match both the original collectibles and the pack images. As a result, between the times of approximately 6:20 PM and 8:10 PM, users were awarded content that did not match the content they had earned. This resulted in some packs awarding significantly higher value and some packs awarding significantly lower value. For the packs in the 6:20 PM - 8:10 PM timeframe that granted lesser value, a makegood for the correct content will be made once the team is back in the studio. In addition to the makegood for impacted users, all users that log into MUT will receive an additional large present. Stay tuned to @MaddenNFLDirect for details about the makegood.

I had a LB in the Super Bowl I walked away came back now he’s a 73 OVR qb in the Super Bowl playing LB. I contact support they say it’ll be fixed so I decided to make a HB. Same thing happens now it’s a 73 OVR QB. Any help. How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Face of the franchise What happens when the bug occurs? It changes my position players to a default QB and I lose all my progress What do you expect to see? Why doesn't Madden 23 PC have the same features as current generation console?
Why doesn't Madden 23 PC have the same features as current generation console? That's it. That's the question. The same happened with Madden 22. I didn't buy Madden 22 because PC is not being treated with the same respect as consoles. I won't buy Madden 23 either. I want the fully featured PC version. There's really no honest reason to not give the PC version the same level of content. Current Generation consoles are closer to PCs as ever before. Stop porting last gen versions to PC, please.
