Can’t play a single match
I’ve started career mode for Leicester after relegation in live starting points. Won the League One and were promoted to the Championship. Before the very first game I saw that the opponent doesn’t exists. Literally I got only 22 teams in the league. When I sim to the first round -> the game CRASHES (I’ve tried sim over the calender -> still the game CRASHES)11Views0likes0Commentscareermode
EA SPORTS FC Career Mode Feedback 1. Transfer System Needs More Realism Transfers are often unrealistic because fees and negotiations rely too heavily on fixed market values. Wonderkids and high-potential players should regularly cost more than their market value. Selling clubs should adjust prices based on buying club strength (top clubs pay premium fees). Squad needs should influence negotiations (clubs demand more if they know a replacement is urgently needed). Wage demands should reflect modern football economics more accurately. 2. Dynamic Club & League Prestige System A dynamic prestige model would improve long-term realism: League Prestige + Club Prestige = Total Prestige Prestige should change based on domestic and international success. Effects: Top talents should require minimum prestige levels to transfer. Low-prestige clubs should rely more on loans or financial incentives. Career progression becomes more meaningful as clubs grow over time. 3. More Varied and Realistic Match Simulation Simulation results are too repetitive (0-0, 1-0, 1-1, 2-0, 2-1). Tactical setup and squad quality should have stronger impact. More variety in scorelines, including higher-scoring games. Less predictable match outcomes overall. 4. Career Statistics & Football History Career Mode needs a deeper historical record system: For players: Clubs played for, goals, assists, appearances, trophies For clubs and leagues: Seasonal winners, cup winners, international success over time This would create a living, evolving football world. 5. Player Development, Leadership & PlayStyles Player growth systems need more flexibility: Leadership and morale should be measurable and influence performance. Experience should improve leadership attributes over time. PlayStyles should be learnable through training and progression. Current systems make certain attributes too static or random. 6. Youth Scouting Balance Youth development is currently too predictable and overpowered: Too many elite talents are generated every season. Scouts consistently find high-potential players too easily. Elite prospects should be much rarer and harder to identify. Finding a world-class talent should feel special again.43Views0likes2CommentsCareermode
Career Mode Feedback & Suggestions 1. Realistic Transfers and Contract Negotiations The current transfer system is often unrealistic. Clubs frequently sell players at or below market value, even when those players are considered top prospects. Wonderkids should often cost significantly more than their listed market value due to their potential and demand. Selling clubs should consider the buying club's financial strength. A Premier League club or a European giant should often be charged higher fees than smaller clubs. Transfer negotiations should take squad needs into account. If a club urgently needs a player in a specific position, selling clubs should recognize that and negotiate accordingly. Player wages should also be adjusted to reflect modern football economics more accurately. 2. Dynamic Club and League Prestige System A dynamic prestige system would greatly improve realism. Formula example: League Prestige + Club Prestige = Total Prestige This prestige should change over time based on: Domestic success International success League performance in continental competitions Player transfers should depend on prestige. Examples: Top talents should refuse transfers to clubs below a certain prestige threshold. Some players may only join lower-prestige clubs if offered significantly better financial terms. Loan moves should become more common for talented players moving to lower divisions. It should not be possible for a third-division English club to easily sign top talents from first divisions in Europe. 3. Improved Match Simulation Simulation results have become too predictable. Common results are: 0-0 1-0 1-1 2-0 2-1 Higher-scoring matches are too rare. Previous titles felt more influenced by tactics and squad composition. Team strengths, tactical setups, and player attributes should have a much stronger impact on simulated matches. 4. Historical Statistics and Career Records Career Mode needs long-term statistical tracking. For players: Clubs played for Goals Assists Appearances Trophies won For clubs and leagues: League winners by season Domestic cup winners International achievements Historical records A long career should create a living football world with its own history. 5. Leadership, Team Hierarchy and Morale Leadership should become a measurable attribute. Features could include: Leadership ratings Team hierarchy system Captain suitability indicators Team chemistry effects Morale management through conversations and decisions Experienced players should provide leadership benefits to younger squads. Teams made entirely of young talents should be less effective than balanced squads containing experienced leaders. 6. UEFA Coefficient and Dynamic European Qualification A dynamic 5-year coefficient system should return. League performances in European competitions should influence: Number of Champions League spots Europa League spots Conference League spots This would make long-term saves much more dynamic and rewarding. 7. Sponsorship and Club Management Additional management depth could include: Shirt sponsors Stadium sponsors Advertising board sponsors Commercial partnerships These systems existed in older football management games and would add meaningful financial decision-making. 8. Player Development and PlayStyles Player development should be more flexible. Current role-based training creates limitations. Examples: Penalties and free kicks often require specific development plans. Leadership should improve through experience and training. PlayStyles should be learnable through training and career progression. Currently, a youth player without PlayStyles can become world-class but still remain permanently disadvantaged. 9. Youth Academy and Scouting Balance Youth scouting currently produces too many elite prospects. Problems: Top scouts can find multiple future superstars every season. AI clubs generate excessive numbers of elite prospects as well. Suggested solution: Reduce superstar generation frequency. Make elite prospects genuinely rare. Increase uncertainty in scouting reports. Make youth development more challenging and rewarding. Finding a future world-class player should feel special rather than routine.7Views0likes0CommentsFix Playstyles in Career Mode
The way Playstyles are implemented on academy players literally makes no sense, it genuinely ruins the experience, if you're not gonna allow us to edit, add or remove playstyles from YA players at least implement them properly, for crying out loud. Centre Backs (CBs) - Pinged Pass, Power Shot, Dead Ball and Whipped Pass are probably the most common playstyles that are generated when scouting a CB, please fix this, these Playstyles are more accustomed to midfielders NOT CBs and for some reason it is genuinely so difficult to get any defensive Playstyles on a CB WHY? FIX THIS. Midfielders (CDMS/CM & CAMS) - CDMs for some reason consistently have Low Driven shot, Trickster and Inventive as their playstyles whilst lacking defensive playstyles, CMs usually have Rapid, Precision Header & Finesse shot as their playstyles, meanwhile CAMs usually have more physical playstyles than passing and dribbling ones; please fix this crap, it's so hard to get multiple passing playstyles on CMs & CAMs, while CDMs barely receive defensive playstyles, why is it like this? Wingers (LM/RM/LW/RW) - Wingers rarely EVER get Quick Step or Rapid as their playstyles, why? Most wingers in modern football are quick, why can't that reflect in the game, why is it so rare for Wingers to have Rapid and Quick Step as their playstyles? Meanwhile they consistently have Tiki Taka, Acrobatic & Enforcer... fix this nonsense EA. Strikers (ST) - Why do most strikers on the game have Long Throw, Bruiser, Trickster & Dead Ball as their playstyles? Fix this ridiculousness please it's so rare for Strikers to actually have physical and shooting playstyles, as they're consistently given playstyles that aren't relevant to their position, I ALWAYS get Strikers with bruiser, yet it's so hard to find a CB with one... great coding EA. Fullbacks and GK are the only position where you've got it right, the rest is a randomised mess that makes no sense, also please remove allow us to train Freekicks directly, we can't therefore the Dead Ball playstyle is useless, oh and the CPU doesn't foul either so... yeah it's definitely useless, also I can't stress the amount of times I get the Chip Shot playstyle, what's the point? The CPU GK NEVERA comes off his line, and please REMOVE the Long Throw Playstyle, I get it 80% of the time regardless of player position, and it's a useless playstyle that shouldn't be so omnipresent. FIX ALL OF THIS PLEASE, FIX IT FOR FC 27.25Views0likes1CommentNostalgia Game Mode
So 2024 was a great year, cool kits and maybe im the only one trying to get the FC24 kits back but it could bring nostalgia (and we could try in this game mode to win for example the ucl with dortmund not real madrid, or help barca win the la liga and the 6th Champions League) and bring in an fictive mode of EURO 2024 to stop Spain from being the European Champions. You could put it in Manager Carrer mode or Player for a limited time. (Please EA add this🙏)5Views0likes0Comments
