No Pitcoins
Hello everyone, Back in the 29th of April i bought through the EA store 11.000 pitcoins, and i'm yet to receive them. I've spoken to EA support throughout the ENTIRE month of April and May and at some point I spoke to someone who was better informed that told they could send it as a bug at least... Some other person made me stay with support for 2-3 hours as they told maybe reinstalling the game would fix it... it did not, and now i can't speak to ea support since it's been a month. So either fix this "bug" or close the SHOP since buying anything there doesn't work, some other user reported this issue back 7 months ago and i can safely say it's still a problem.I'm missing my 18.000 pitcoins
I purchased a key for f1 23 champions editions, but once i installed and logged on into the game i had 0 pitcoins, i tried contacting ea but they told due to purchasing it from a 3rd party (Amazon) there's nothing they can do, tried contacting them (amazon) but they basically just say yeah we will send your case to the department responsible, they will contact you between 24-48 hours...it's been a week. The part that i don't get is that it very clearly states on my EA APP that i OWN the champions edition, hell i can't even buy it from the game store even if i tried... So is there really nothing i can do???
Pitcoin doesn't exists even I buy it.
I bought the F1 23 Champion Edition (EA App, PC), but I have 0 Pitcoins. Wondering what was going on, I went ahead and bought an additional 24,000 Pitcoins, but they never showed up. I tried restarting and logging back in, but nothing worked. The payment went through, so I'm basically just getting ripped off. I really hope this gets fixed immediately. If this isn't resolved, it's basically a scam.
