Missing Season weekplay reward

Hy,

I played the first Season weekplay it counted beacuse it was gray, and not count forward. Howecer i did not received the reward....

Amd now... the latest reward i cannot receive...

I cannot find where and how i can make this complain to EA...

Could someone help me ?

Even... there is an object to score goal with 92 PAC ST. I have Inaki Williams who has 98 PAC and not counted all of the goals... and yes i check which mode i should score.
