ROUTING PING PROBLEM SERVERS
Hello, I’m having problems with my connection to EA servers. Until recently, I was always routed to nearby servers in Europe with a very low ping (around 6–8 ms). Now my connection is being sent through the US instead of the closest EU servers, which results in ~120 ms ping. I ran traceroute tests, and they clearly show that the traffic is not going to the nearest servers anymore. My ISP confirmed that everything is correct on their side, so the issue must be outside their network. I also tested with another EA account and the same problem occurs, so it’s not account-related. I tried to submit this issue via EA Help, but the system didn’t allow me to create a case (no ticket was generated). That’s why I’m reporting it here. Could you please escalate this issue and assign my connection back to the closest EU servers? Thank youCinematic issue
I have FC26 for PC - currently playing manager career mode - and I noticed no cinematic for being or won “best manager of the year” has played ? I bought FC 24 on my PC a few months after it came out, and everything was fine with it for a while. One day, after an update had completed, I tried to open the game, but whatever I tried, it didn't open- on epic games (where I bought it), whenever I tried to launch it, it would show that it was launching, but revert back and show an error page. When i tried to open it on the EA app, it showed 'update complete' and it used to show up in my library, but would again say there was an error. Eventually, it stopped even showing up in my EA library and start asking me to re-purchase whenever I tried to open it. whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.173Views0likes14CommentsFC24 on the Switch 2 has no way to turn off voice chat?!
Just got a Switch 2 and tried EA FC 24 on it with a friend online who owns a Switch 1 and plays it on there. For anyone that doesn't know, the Switch 2 has a built in microphone on the console and when I joined their online friendlies room my voice started playing through their TV through the in game voice chat. I thought it was a bit creepy as I don't recall ever giving the game permission to use a microphone. I've also been looking through the settings and I can't seem to turn it off because obviously the Switch 1 didn't have a built in microphone. My best guess is that since the Switch 2 has a microphone, it recognises that voice chat could be enabled but since it's a Switch 1 game cartridge, and the Switch 1 didn't have a microphone, they didn't program in any settings to enable/disable voice chat so it's stuck to always being on. There is the end of the season bug again in the latest version (on PC). In player carrier mode I can't start new season at the end of the season. There is no appropriate button.
