Icons in live-mode glitching
I've been having this issue for a while and still played but now it's gotten to a point where it's unplayable. The menu in build mode doesn't show up at all and when i clicked it I have to quit the game to go back in live mode. The icons are switched, looking corrupted in live mode and the texts aren't visible. Buttons aren't working until a certain time and i can't access the gallery anymore. My Mods are all updated, my game too so i guess it's one of my CCs but i have no clue on which one ? I have almost all the DLCs and i'm playing on windows. Does anyone has the same issue or knows anything to fix it ?
Sims 4 saves won’t load
I have been having this persistent issue where I am unable to load in most of my saves despite my mods folder not being in my game. This started after updating my game to the latest patch. When I try to load into a save, I get stuck in an infinite loading screen. I have tried moving my Sims 4 folder to the desktop and letting the game generate a new one. Then, I am able to create a new save and play it without issues. However, when I start adding the old saves back in, I get the same issue. I’ve also repaired my game many times and tried to recover past saves but that doesn’t work either. I don’t understand what happened for my saves to corrupt after the update, if they are corrupted? When the game fails to load, I get last exception reports but I am unable to read them and when I use the reader online it doesn’t recognize the error. I’ve attached it below. I got a new gaming pc recently over my laptop hoping to finally be able to play sims 4 smoothly, but once I started playing on it the game would start closing, it would happen that often but the longer I've played the more frequently it happens, which never happened on my laptop so I'm just so confused and not good with the tech stuff. I did manage to run a dxdiag which I hope I did right and will attach below.
Sims 4 keeps crashing
I've run into this issue where if I load into my main household (or any other ones), the game will load for several seconds, then crash to desktop. My older saves still work without any issues, but if I edit enough Sims in CAS, then make a new save, it will crash in the same exact way as my more recent saves did. I have deleted the localthumbcache several times, tested the saves with mods either removed outright or disabled, reinstalled the game and have verified the game's files, but nothing has worked. I have included my most recent crash log below.
Weird Screen Glitch
I have been noticing these boxes on my screen for the last few days. I have tried deleting my mods, resetting all settings, making a new Sims 4 folder and even reinstalling the games/ea app (that worked for a few hrs until I booted up this morning). It is also causing this in the Sims 2 as well. What do I do?

Sims 4 won't load.
I've made a post here recently saying that I lost my game data, and I finally found it and restored it. However, now I'm back at the original issue of my game refusing to start. I'm not sure what I should do. It might be a cc I installed, since when my content was gone it opened normally and functioned normally. I usually open Sims from steam, and I tried the EA app it still didn't work. Steam also said all my game files were fine.
Annoying freezing on maps, changing outfits, CAS, etc.
Before the updates for the new expansion started, the game was running great for me. Since the first update, the Del Sol Valley map and some others started to freeze slightly when I hovered over the terrain, also when changing my Sim's outfit, it loads the outfits very slowly, before it was the second one, and in CAS, in tattoos it presents the same freezes, is there a solution? because it is being very annoying that it crashes all the time.
