Game Seemingly Incompatible with Mod the Sims Content?
I know the title is a little strange, but I'm honestly not sure how else to describe the issue. Whenever I put my mods folder in the Sims 3 folder, I get a black screen on launch that never progresses into the main menu and can only be closed with the task manager. My mods are organized by where they were downloaded from, so I was able to discern that something from Mod the Sims is the problem, since the game opens just fine with all the other mods whenever the mod the sims folder is removed. However, no matter how many mods I weed out, nothing seems to work except removing the content entirely. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue where you had trouble downloading from a specific website? I've used mod the sims in the past, so I'm not sure why this has become an issue this time around. It's very frustrating, and I'm wondering if there's something obvious that I'm missing? Also, it might be helpful to know that I've installed all the Sims 3 Store content, and I've also made extensive use of the mods / cc dashboard tool. I have no corrupt files, and I've tried to eliminate all conflicts, but that doesn't seem to help. Any advice would be appreciated!my sims couple won’t sleep in the same bed together.
I have been having this issue for awhile with my single sims, but I had just assumed it was a bug with the bed. Basically what happens is that when I have a sims couple, and I have them both go to bed, one will be able to sleep, and the other one will “get in bed,” not get under the sheets, and then immediately exit out the bed a few seconds later. I have tried batch fixing my cc, and I went and made sure I didn’t have the cuddle mod in my game. There isn’t any music playing, no objects in the way, and my sims couple has a maxed out friendship and romance bar. I have deleted my cc bed and tried a maxis bed and the same thing happens. Also, my cuddle interaction won’t work. I assume it’s because of the same reason my sims can’t sleep together. When I initiate the cuddle reaction, they act like they can’t access the bed. I’m not sure what else to do to fix this interaction. Pls help!
Dynasty Unity Crisis after Head Steps Down to Make Heir Dynasty Head
This issue is pretty much what it says on the tin. I had my original dynasty head step down to make her heir the dynasty head. Then, the dynasty was plunged into a unity crisis. There are no negative moodlets or sentiments between any of the dynasty members. The dynasty is at max prestige level. Is this expected behaviour, or a bug? Should I log it as a bug?

I deleted the game and reinstalled it, did everything. I removed mods and cleaned out the folder that I can reinstall the new update mods. my cc is not working because I removed everything and it is not working. Nothing is working. Hi! I updated the game, as of March 30, 2025. I re-downloaded all my mods and CC, but my sim can't interact with her toddler. My other sim can't interact with other people in their business. I made sure that the mods I have were up to date. I'm now playing without ang mods and CC and my sims can now interact with each other. How can I fix this with my mods?Sims initiate certain interactions regardless of autonomy
Hmmm.. I have a similar issue but it's really not Buisnesses and hobby specific. I Do have mods installed and i set automation in a specific way. A very annoying example is my sims autonomously woohooing in public even though i specifically turned off every autonomous woohooing. But it's not just with woohooing, that one is just the most noticable especially since i'm in historical gameplay. I still have to re-check all of my mods settings to try and understand if it's a me problem, a mod problem or a game problem. But i wanted to aknowledge the post.
Endless pizza deliveries
After the last patch I have encountered what I believe to be a bug. First I thought it was just my pregnant sim having cravings since it showed up as a moodlet where the fetus ordered pizza through intrauterine Wi-Fi. I concluded that this must be modrelated. But now, in a different save the same is happening. I have only played for less than a sim-day and that sim is not pregnant and have not ordered pizza. Despite this there are a lot of pizza deliveries and they are leaving them out in the foyer...
