Sims using clothes I have not chosen in CAS

Question

Hi,I have just noticed that my fairy sim suddenly has started wearing an outfit I have not chosen for her. It is nowhere to be found when I go into CAS or choose outfit via a dresser/wardrobe.When I played 2 days ago she did not have this outfit. I have not done any changes to this save, nor have I added/removed any mods. I have no CC, but I do use some mods, like UI cheats and MCCC and some small ones..I have opened one other savefile but there everything was as it should be.&nbsp;Not really sure why this has happened to only this save?&nbsp;Could it be a resurfaced bug from latest update/patch? I saw one other simmer having a simmilar issue with the game 10 years ago..

MammaKG​&nbsp; It would be helpful to post a screenshot of the outfit.&nbsp; As for why it doesn't show in CAS, one possibility is that it's a situational outfit, so it would also help to know the context when the sim first started wearing the outfit.
