black screen, sims cursor
I need help. When I go to launch my sims 4 game It loads for a little but when it’s done it goes to a black screen but still has the sims cursor. I’ve cleared all caches and it didn’t work. What did work was moving my sims 4 folder into desktop and it does launch fine when it’s starting off brand new but I don’t want to lose all my mods and my game play so far. My game was working fine and then I updated it today 01/14/25 and it didn’t launch after. I don’t know how to find the problem and don’t want to completely reset. I have everything extremely organized I just don’t know how to fix this. Please help
A question about the account at EA Games
Hello, I have a question regarding the Sims 4 that my daughter plays on your site. The whole game was installed on the wrong hard drive and now the hard drive has become full when the Sims 4 wants to update itself, there is no space on the hard drive. So how is it easiest to do? Uninstall everything and reinstall it on the hard drive it was supposed to be installed on originally, or can it somehow be moved over some other way? We have bought a lot of different expansion packs on the Sims 4, so my question is if you uninstall it, are they still in the account or do they disappear? Game keeps crashing when making funeral event
Ever since I got the Life and Death expansion, making the funeral event crashes my game. I have been waiting to see if it got fixed with the updates, but it did not. I can't have a funeral event for my departed sims because the game crashes every time. What is the problem? I don't have any funeral mods in my game. Anybody else had this problem?
Townies Keep Coming to Door
One after another townies keep coming to my door and the only option is only 'Invite In'. I can't even use shift click or MCCC to make them leave, I have to invite them in, which then allows other random townies to walk in without an invite. The only thing that has worked is fencing off my house and locking the fence to everyone but the household.corruption on tomarang word page
I have a problem with my tomarang screen not being currently clear. There is a corruption mini little box above the Tinsu temple. It's white with a llama w/ wings. How do I fix that w/o losing all my tomarang houses or anything that contains those items from that pack?I I only have one mod and its littledica.SP10.deligracyDelicatoStuffPack I have a laptop, but I took the picture on my pc desk top.(both are pc) the issue is only on the pc desk top
Sims 4 crashes randomly during gameplay
So, I've been having this issue with my Sims 4 and it's been acting up ever since I finally got it to work. Usually, I get to play for a good amount of time for about a few hours, the longest being around 3-4 hours I think. But usually, it's got in the habit of only one hour and it's starting to irritate me because I constantly have to save almost every second. After all, I don't wanna lose progress. I don't know if this is important or not but it recently closed out twice during my infant reaching a milestone, and I don't know if that's a possible cause because it only happened twice. I would love it if someone helped me through the process, I have over 6K mods and I'd hate for that to be the problem. My gameplay is smooth, the only thing slow is just the load-up time and build mode when you click an object. Here's my dxdiag by the way.
