[HSY] Social Bunny No Followers/Not increasing
I have a teen sim with the Admired Icon aspiration. He gained followers absolutely fine until he hit 102, the number hasn't increased since despite trendi sales apparently increasing his followers by various numbers every time. Its been roughly 5 sim days with multiple trendi outfits sold. Game crashes, fades to black then white screens with black lines.
Hi!! I'm autistic and very anxious with computers so this is all new to me, My issue started last night with the game in build mode after I downloaded a few new mods on curse forge, It was only a few clutter mods, kitchen things and a house, my file for sims mods isn't large, only 3.5GB max. When I'm playing, the screen will lag and fade to a black screen before going white, and when I drag my mouse, black lines appear where its dragged. I know its the sims because its not happening on any other game. I've re-installed all of the mods Curse forge had flagged, but some mods aren't shown on curse forge that I had downloaded on SFS or Patreon. Any advice for situations newer players don't know about would be great!! Any help that wont scare me would be amazing!!! Thanks in advance! :3
Advice to fix cc and mods?
After the 27/5/2025 update I logged onto the sims to see that of course my mods and cc had been disabled, I went to turn them back on however now my mods and cc aren't showing up at all. The file paths are correct and I have updated and checked all my mods to make sure they are compatible. I tried to follow previous advice to delete game version files and replace them but I cant find the correct file in my sims folder. I then repaired the sims and when that didn't work I reinstalled the whole game, Its still not working. Any advice?Advice to fix mods and cc?

Memorial Portrait: Sims original face is showing
So my sims' parents died.. I assigned a memorial portrait for their memorial display. However, the original faces of my sims were displaying. I don't know if this will help but I used the Generate a Family Tree by the Life Manager Mod to generate my sims' parents and grandparents. These were the generated faces by that mod. So these are their edited faces And these are their original faces
General pie menu won't open
Hello, I have been trying to figure out why the pie menu won't show up when I click on adult and teen sims. It does show up for kids and toddlers though. I've cleared out my mods folder and did the 50/50 method to weed out broken mods. I broke my folder up into 4 sets of mods and tested each set and I was able to get the menu to show up. However, when I put everything back in the mods folder and loaded up my game, it wouldn't work again so idk what is happening. Idk if the last exception attachment helps but I attached it just in case. Any useful tips would be great! ThanksPc Gaming qui se redémarre
Hello, cela fait environ 5 ou 6 fois que mon jeu fait redémarrer mon pc à des moments aléatoires. Mon Pc a seulement 2 mois, le premier mois absolument aucun problème, mais cela fait quelques semaines que j’ai le problème maintenant. J’ai le problème qu’avec ce jeu. Cela arrive moins souvent quand j’ai aucun mod. J’ai essayé en ayant qu’un reshade et j’ai aussi essayé en ayant que mon UI cheats (avant j’avais au moins 3-4 mods de plus sans problème). L’issue est toujours le redémarrage sans prévenir de mon pc. Cela me fait ça depuis la dernière maj je dirais. Merci de votre réponse !mods/cc gameplay interactions not working in certain saves
My Sims 4 game has been working normally, until for unknown reasons I lost the ability to use my mods. I repaired the same, uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and cleared my mods folder and reinstalled all my mods individually. I am now only able to use CAS and build mode mods. I can interact with cc items, use all CAS clothes/hair, and use most CAS sliders/body mods. Though I can't have any modded social interactions, access mod menus from clicking on sims, or access mod phone apps-- all of these simply don't show up as if I was playing without mods. Even more strangely, when going back to old saves, I do have these social options; though I tried downloading new mods and wasn't able to engage with those. I tried starting a new save file, and in that one I could do no gameplay mods at all. This is such a strange issue and I don't know why it is happening. Can anyone help?
Eyeglasses look like sunglasses (Laptop Mode)
One of my sims has glasses and yesterday when I was playing, the lenses started to be solid gray in live mode. They are completely fine in CAS. I’m on a laptop and use laptop mode, when I turned it off the glasses were back to normal, but my game ran horribly so I had to turn it back on for things to be playable. I have lots of CC and mods, but this wasn’t an issue until yesterday. I was playing for a few hours yesterday, and she had glasses on for a couple of those hours, and they were totally normal. Laptop mode was on, CC and mods were active, but the glasses were fine. They randomly became gray in the middle of me playing, I didn’t close and reopen the game or change any settings or update anything. Confused as to what could be causing it since they were working fine on laptop mode before? My sim disappeared and has a lot of tasks to do
If I play sims 4 for like 30 min in. the sims would all the sudden disappear with a lot of task to do and refuse to do any of them because well, they have disappeared is there any way to fix this problem. I keep repairing my game on the EA app, but the problem still persists
