scare seeker lot mood buff
I had the lot challenge active on a different lot, and then my simmers moved to a new house, without the scare seeker lot active on the plot. Now my sims keeps getting a bored moodlet from not experiencing any thrill from the scare seeker lot. Even though I don't have it activated on the current lot. Don't know if it's intended or if it's a bug.
EA. PLEASE let us turn off Grim Reaper Rewards and ads.
How can I turn it off? I'm not at all interested in the rewards or the challenges. It's sitting in the corner of my screen ruining my gameplay. Will it go away eventually or am I just stuck with it? Even if this one goes away will I be able to remove the next one?! I thought it would maybe be like the discovery quests that you can opt in or out of, which I already have turned off. PLEASE LET ME TURN IT OFF! I'm so confused as to why they made this a in game situation. Everyone plays this game very differently and this is making me want to stop playing. I've checked all the settings and tried multiple saves and there's nothing you can do. I'm more than annoyed by it, I see a lot of people in the sims community are also wanting to remove this. Stop forcing this kind of thing down our throat. I'll be here searching the internet until this problem has been resolved or until someone makes a mod to remove it all together. You know and I might as well throw in that Vivaland looks better and better everyday......

Sims Won't Move, Time Frozen, Can't Toggle to New Sim
I've been experiencing this problem for a few months now, where I go into my legacy save and it plays fine for a few minutes, but then suddenly the time stops advancing, my Sims stand still (but still move, swaying their arms, looking around, etc), and I can't toggle to a new Sim in my family. The Sim won't do any of the activities in their queue, they just stand there. Time doesn't move forward, and sometimes actually goes backwards by a minute or two. I can't switch to a new Sim. If it hit the menu button, it will switch to the Sim I last tried to switch to, but then I still can't do anything with that Sim. I've noticed this happens most often when I'm on an infant and then try to switch to another Sim, but that isn't the only time it happens. I currently have UI Cheats installed, but I have removed everything else that I've previously played with. I have tried to play this completely unmodded, without UI Cheats, and it didn't make a difference. I have also created a new save with my legacy family, since that particular save file was getting old; that has not made a difference. Any help would be appreciated!
Sims 4 Constantly Crashing After 9/18/24 Update.
Since this "update", my game is basically unplayable. and definitely not playable without MCCC's autosave function. I can play anywhere from 5-30 minutes before the game crashes. Usually in live mode, but does happen in build/buy, CAS, and the map. I will sometimes get a lastCrash report, but not really sure what to do with that and not sure why only sometimes. I have tried: repairing it MULTIPLE times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have moved the sims 4 folder from the EA folder and tried playing on a completely new game. This happens with or without mods/cc, as I have tried with the mods folder removed many times now. My system requirements match up from what i can tell. When it crashes it will either just close out of the game and send me to my desktop, or it will freeze my computer and i have to shut it down manually. OR it will send me to an error reloading screen and completely restart my computer. This seems to happen at random times. I've tried seeing if certain actions might be causing it, but even if I load up a game and just leave it paused long enough it will still crash. I have tried every suggestion I have seen. Deleted the localThumbnail cache, nothing is in the ConfigOverride Folder. I have tried using dx 9 and 11, same results. I will add my most recent lastCrash file, but the game has crashed multiple times after that, it just didn't document it? i am also currently trying without and mods or cc for this file. I also think i properly ran the DxDiag, so i will attach that as well. Thanks for any help..

Hi, I just noticed that when I download my residential lot (including custom content) from the gallery that I'm allowed to build and even play (to some extent) on the lot. However, I noticed that my sim will walk through walls, on water, and encounter several routing errors. Whenever I try loading back to manage worlds I'll either get an infinite loading screen or the world map will appear with an empty lot or with the previous lot that I bulldozed. Any ideas as to what could be causing this???
