Hello EA SPORTS FC Development Team, I’m a huge fan of EA SPORTS FC and Mexican football. I would really love to see Javier Hernández, also known as Chicharito, return to FC 27 and Mobile! He is one of Mexico’s most iconic footballers. He played for Manchester United, Real Madrid, Chivas, and the Mexican national team. I think it would be amazing to see him added as: A regular player card. A special Hero card. A Cinco de Mayo or Mexican football-themed event card. I know many Mexican football fans would be excited to see him return. Please consider adding Chicharito to FC 27! Thank you for reading my suggestion. Younis Mahmoud deserves to be an EA FC 28 Hero because he represents much more than football. He is one of the greatest Iraqi and Arab footballers of all time and was among the few Asian and Arab players to receive a Ballon d’Or nomination, earning recognition in 2007. During one of the darkest periods in Iraq’s history, when the country was suffering from war, violence, and tragedy, Younis Mahmoud became a symbol of hope and unity. As captain of Iraq’s national team, he led his country to its historic first AFC Asian Cup victory in 2007, scoring the winning goal in the final against Saudi Arabia. His leadership, determination, and unforgettable performances brought joy to millions of Iraqis who desperately needed something to celebrate. He didn’t just win a trophy; he united a divided nation and gave people hope during an incredibly painful time. Dear EA Sports Team, I’ve been playing EA FC since the day it was released, and I’ve finally reached the point where I’ve had enough. It’s honestly disappointing to see how a game that is supposed to be about football, competition, and enjoyment has become so focused on money rather than player satisfaction. I’ve spent countless hours playing your game, grinding objectives, competing in FUT Champions, and opening packs, yet I still haven’t packed a single genuinely good player. Meanwhile, players who exploit glitches, abuse broken mechanics, and take advantage of loopholes seem to walk away with incredible rewards and ridiculously strong teams. How is that fair? Why should honest players who dedicate their time and effort to your game be the ones who suffer, while people who exploit the system get rewarded? The gameplay is full of glitches, the competitive experience is frustrating, and the rewards rarely feel worth the effort. Instead of fixing these problems and making the game enjoyable, it feels like your main priority is pushing players to spend more money on FC Points. You’ve turned what should be an enjoyable football game into an exhausting, unrewarding experience. I’m not asking for free rewards or guaranteed top players. I’m asking for fairness, proper gameplay, meaningful rewards, and a game that actually respects the time and loyalty of its players. I’ve supported this franchise for years, but I’m no longer willing to invest my time, energy, or money into a game that makes honest players feel punished for playing fairly. I’m quitting EA FC, not because I’ve lost my love for football, but because EA has taken the enjoyment out of the game. Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing a persistent gameplay bug in EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC regarding the shooting mechanic. During matches across all game modes, almost every shot I take stays flat on the ground regardless of how long I hold the shoot button. Out of roughly ten attempts, it only registers normal shot power and elevation once, while the other nine times it results in a weak ground shot. However, when I test shooting in the Practice Arena and Training drills, the shooting mechanic works normally every single time without this issue occurring. Since it works properly in training, my controller inputs are functioning as expected, which points to a bug affecting actual match modes. We know and fully respect that Community Managers cannot directly remove bans, override Terms of Service decisions, or forward individual case details to ToS. Even though you cannot send individual cases over, we humbly ask if our collective voice and general community feedback can still be heard by ToS team regarding how first-time sanctions impact loyal players. We do not expect you to handle our personal accounts here on the forums. I am writing this post with complete humility and respect on behalf of myself and several other passionate community members who find themselves in a similar, heartbreaking situation. When reading through recent forum posts, it becomes clear that many of us sharing this issue are honest, long-time fans of EA SPORTS FC and classic EA franchises. From my case, I did not use third-party coin-buying sites, bots, or automated scripts. We completely acknowledge that a rule was breached, and as humans, we make mistakes. However, a permanent Transfer Market ban makes the game virtually unplayable and completely halts any meaningful club progression. While we understand the need for strict enforcement, receiving an immediate permanent ban on the market for a first mistake feels extremely harsh. Without access to the Transfer Market, core features become impossible to navigate: - Completing required squads for Gallery Mode. - Building competitive teams for Gauntlet modes and specific Tournament objectives. - Completing major player SBCs—such as POTM Pina, or buying fodder for high-tier SBCs like Mbappe down the line. - Buying essential everyday consumables like Chemistry Styles and Managers for team chemistry. While we are patiently and respectfully waiting for responses on our pending appeals with the Terms of Service team, we respectfully ask for your help as Community Managers. Since we cannot directly talk to the ToS team, these forums are our only voice. We love this game and have supported this franchise for years. Whether we are long-time veteran players or relatively new to the community, all we ask is for our voices to be heard, for a second chance—even if that means a warning or a complete coin wipe—so we can actually play and enjoy the game we purchased. Done them for you as it seems like nothing is being done it's the exact same game as FC26 for me Saliba Bruno G Konsa Ben White hasn't had there portrait done. Baffled as things like this should be done before the full release. I'm getting fed up with constantly reaching out how is it other teams have there photos updated yet From start of Release Saliba Bruno G and Konsa all have there old player portraits from FC26. Is there actually any direct way to contact the design team. Extremely unhappy games practically the same as FC26 for me. Can these portraits be updated ASAP the fact they still have there old portraits yet PSG Madrid etc get all there's done If there's any way to reach the design team please drop me there name.
