ROUTING PING PROBLEM SERVERS
Hello, I’m having problems with my connection to EA servers. Until recently, I was always routed to nearby servers in Europe with a very low ping (around 6–8 ms). Now my connection is being sent through the US instead of the closest EU servers, which results in ~120 ms ping. I ran traceroute tests, and they clearly show that the traffic is not going to the nearest servers anymore. My ISP confirmed that everything is correct on their side, so the issue must be outside their network. I also tested with another EA account and the same problem occurs, so it’s not account-related. I tried to submit this issue via EA Help, but the system didn’t allow me to create a case (no ticket was generated). That’s why I’m reporting it here. Could you please escalate this issue and assign my connection back to the closest EU servers? Thank you

whenever i play the game i plug in a controller but the game still picks up the mouse input as if im playing with the mouse. it is stuck to the center of the screen and interrupts the controller input and player behavior. i try to move it to the top of the screen or the to corner and after a few seconds it resets back to the center and interrupts the input. this is a known issue with no solution from you as far as ive seen online to try and solve it. i tried unplugging the mouse entirely but it somehow still resets to the middle and does the same. i tried deleting the mouse from device manager so it doesnt exist in the playing session and still the problem occurs. i tried opening the game with mouse and keyboard, cahnged the input mode to keyboard only and still the mouse is reset in the middle as if im using it. i tried fullscreen, borderless, windowed and in all of them i moved the mouse away waited until the icon is gone continued with the controller and still. please help me.Fc24 Division Rivals
I'm only in division 10 and I'm struggling to find people, I asked my friend to play who is in division 10 as well, we found each other once perfectly fine and ever since we can't find each other, why? I think the matchmaking is too strict. In fifa 23 we had no issues with this, I worked out as long as your within 6 checkpoints then you will always find each other, please help.There was an error creating your game session. I got this message every time I try to start a new game in Champions mode of Ultimate Team. It appears for a week already. Can't play any Champions game. I tried turning off and on the game, console, new squad with different players, new formation, deleted saved data for the game. Internet connection is stable. FC24 PS4
FC24 on the Switch 2 has no way to turn off voice chat?!
Just got a Switch 2 and tried EA FC 24 on it with a friend online who owns a Switch 1 and plays it on there. For anyone that doesn't know, the Switch 2 has a built in microphone on the console and when I joined their online friendlies room my voice started playing through their TV through the in game voice chat. I thought it was a bit creepy as I don't recall ever giving the game permission to use a microphone. I've also been looking through the settings and I can't seem to turn it off because obviously the Switch 1 didn't have a built in microphone. My best guess is that since the Switch 2 has a microphone, it recognises that voice chat could be enabled but since it's a Switch 1 game cartridge, and the Switch 1 didn't have a microphone, they didn't program in any settings to enable/disable voice chat so it's stuck to always being on. This is my best guess as to what's happening but it's very bizarre and pretty weird.Unable to play any online modes after upgrading to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
As the title states, I cannot play any online modes due to this technical bug. I now can’t play any of my champs games, squad battles, etc in FUT and cannot play pro clubs. I am not losing out on so many rewards and cannot get my pro clubs team to the elite division for playoffs. (We are currently in first division promo matches). I am told by support they have no fix for this. This is shameful EA and seriously detrimental to my fc 25 enjoyment. Please compensate my FUT account for my missed rewards and promote my club, Eclipse CF to the elite division before playoffs. Thank you.Can't play FC 24 online on Xbox Cloud Gaming
Hi, I'm trying to play EA FC24 online on Xbox Cloud Gaming but I always get the following error: You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more. Some things that I already tried to fix the problem: - Tested on my desktop PC using Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Tried using Wi-Fi connection and ethernet cable on my home network, and tried to use my mobile phone network. None of them worked. - Tried on my work laptop using Chrome and my home network via Wi-Fi connection, and using my mobile phone network. None of them worked either. - Tried using my own laptop using Chrome and my girlfriend's house connection via Wi-Fi connection, and it worked, so I brought my own laptop back home and tried to play on my home network, worked for some matches and then after closing the game, I tried to play again after some hours, and got the same error now. - Tried on my mobile phone (Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro on Android 13) using my home network and the carrier network, both of them worked flawless. In addition, I used Better xCloud on every Chrome test.
