Unable To Join Any Kind Of Matches, "1 Player Queue"
My apex account was compromised and stolen back in 2024 via playstation network, and it took a long time for me to secure the PSN login details and be able to login to apex again. When I logged back in it was banned on EA for breaking TOS. I was able to work with the EA support team with getting the ban lifted, but as I logged back in when I try to join a game I get stuck in a "1 Player Queue" for what seems like hours, and this is for all types of games; Trios, Duos, Ranked and even firing range. I tried everything from checking for updates on both my Playstation and Apex Legends, checking and restarting my home internet settings, deleting and reinstalling. I was even able to create a secondary account to try to troubleshoot this further, and was able to que perfectly fine on the second account. So I went back to EA support and after multiple tickets and troubleshooting, changing network settings and trying different platforms the issue still persists. I am unsure on how to continue with this as I'm still unable to que on my account even after all of the steps and EA support confirming there were no bans or restrictions on my account. If I need to provide more details I can as I have all of the case numbers and steps I took and any other proof, I just want to get back into the game. Can someone please help?Game keeps closing
Hi! I've been having this issue since the last update. I can load the game fine, I can get in queue and I once I get in the game I can't even choose a character because the game closes with no error codes... I've already verifiedthe files on steam, installed and uninstalled and the issue persists... EA is no help, I don't even know how to contact a tech... What more can I do? Thanks
I link my steam account to EA account and my game progress is missed!
I using steam to play APEX for 300h and level is around 150 and today(14/4) i link my steam account into ea account. Then, after i open APEX, it tell me to login. After I login with my EA account, my account has got reset and become level 1. The name didn't change and my steam friends are still here, but my game progress are lost ! I need help pls!! .
Damage with Ordnance challange doesn't track
With the creator challenges, there is one for 500 damage with ordnance and the first and second day i got 403 damage done but the days following it didnt change. I thought the next day would be fixed but its still stuck progressing for me. I played Fuse for the challenge and got what should be 70+ with clusters and frag grenades but still stuck at 403.Can gift my friend but he cannot gift me
I've read everything on this and cannot find a reason why this happens. I gifted my friend the wraith tracker that's currently free in shop, when he tried to do it to me it hovers over my name and claims ineligible? Can anyone help i really want this tracker before its gone tuesday
My apex account was banned for no reason
I'm a green player. All of my in-game purchases were within the standard, and I did not cheat in the game. The official ban on me made me very confused and angry. I have appealed twice, only to fail. This result is unacceptable to me. A green player who truly loves the game is treated the same as a cheating player, which makes me feel deeply disappointed in the game authorities. Next, I will make a final appeal, and if I still don't pass, I have to say goodbye to this game. Congratulations on losing a loyal player.
Comeback Pass Not Available
Myself and a friend returned to the game after a few years today. They received the comeback pass, I did not. I was actually away longer, as well. It sure would be nice to not have to be on the support forum before even going about playing a single game since coming back!
