Banned
I haven't played the game for over a week now and I am a long time player of Apex been playing since season zero. I came back today and was banned for no reason. It says violation of terms but I have not had any previous bans or time outs. I play after work and on some off days and have barely over a 1 KD. I cannot submit any claims or reports to anybody on EA because it keeps saying that there was an issue and to try again later. I've tried searching around for a fix to this for days now, even on here it seems like nothings being done or even looked at. But I recently reinstalled the game, cause It's been a while and I thought I might as well play again. Now at first the errors only occurred every couple of matches, but now its happening every single match. Sometimes even twice if it goes on for more than 5 minutes. I've tried everything to fix it. repairing files, reinstalling, resetting my PC and internet, I use an ethernet cable, I switch server regions. No matter what I do, the bug persists. I've gotten all sorts of error codes, while its mostly been Error:net there has been a few others and honestly I just wanna play the game and not get kicked out, have to wait for a minute for the "This account is not permitted to play online" message to go away. And even on the server that's best for me, ap-southeast-2 since I live in aus, it says I have an abysmal amount of ping.64Views1like2CommentsIssue which is still in the game since 3months +
When I came back to the game one months ago, I stumbled upon this crash message (linked) when being in a random state in a wildcard/ranked/pub games. I tried first of all to change my launch options, autoxec but nothing, then I tried my videosettings.cfg and nothing, I even reverted to old amd drivers and nothing changed. I see I have made a grave mistake trying to swap my linked Xbox Account to the EA Account I have on PC. I recently built a PC which could handle Apex much better and performing this action now forces me to wait 6 months minimum to be able to make progress on my primary account. We're talking 600+ levels difference and one account having all characters, various purchased skins/battle pass awards, and so forth... Would appreciate any assistance. Ascension Crest (Ranked Aura) Bug: Diamond Rank Displays as Rookie Platform:PC Game Version:Latest Season Issue Description:My current ranked is Diamond, but the Ascension Crest (Ranked Aura) incorrectly displays as Rookie in matches, lobby, and on the banner. Re-equipping the aura, restarting the game, and verifying game files do not fix the problem. Steps to Reproduce 1. Reach Diamond rank in Ranked Leagues. 2. Equip the Season Ascension Crest (Ranked Aura). 3. Enter the lobby or any match. 4. Observe the aura around the character: it shows Rookie instead of Diamond. Expected Result The aura should display the correct Diamond rank visual. Actual Result Aura shows Rookie visual.
