Fake usernames/bots? Pro clubs?

I usually spend hours in the late evening just playing pick up games on Pro-Clubs Rush game mode.  I have noticed some weird behavior from other players that are in the same match.  They play like computer bots, horrible passing, no sense of teamwork, overall odd behavior. Fake users? Could it be a cross play issue? Xbox hacks etc. Last night I was playing with 3 other players and they all had the same character features (identical) but were 3 different user accounts. Is it me any one noticed this issue after the last update? I was still picking up some good competitive games last week, it’s odd how everyone became a dummy and can’t even complete a pass.
