Garden warfare 2 won't connect on my ps5
I just bought the game couple days ago and when it finish do downloading I join the game and it stuck me on the loading screen or just kicks me out says something is wrong I tired all the method the ea advisor told me and still won't work then ea advisor told me to post here and the manager team would help me so this is my only hope I don't wanna waste me money on a game I can't even playVerification issue “Continue” persists
Nearly a day a half later still cannot verify and play my long awaited game from years ago, this issue is bothering me for one I paid PlayStation plus just to get access to the ea servers which is an annoyance on my bill, another is downloading the game and being met with the verifying phase. My email is lined up my code has a green checkmark. When pressing x on continue as well as using the d pad to go down nothing works. Fix this please 🙏Dear EA, will you fix PvZ's problem or not?
A lot of people having connection issues from different countries. We all wants to play it again! GW 1, GW 2, BfN... Why if you are own PopCap and PvZ, why you do nothing with this problem? And even no where any news about this problem? Why its so silent from you?? Do you really buried PvZ down? Is it the end for us? What about newbies who just bought the game and they see it?? Hi everyone, I am reaching out because I encountered a serious issue with my PvZ GW2 account on PS5. When I launched the game today, I received the error message: "Oh no! Failed to retrieve your saved data." I have years of progress and many unlocked characters on this account. As soon as I saw the error, I immediately closed the application to prevent any auto-save from overwriting my original data on the servers. What I have tried so far: 1. Restoring Licenses on my PS5. 2. Downloading my latest cloud save from PS Plus. 3. Disabling Auto-Sync to protect my existing data. Despite these steps, the game still gives the same error. It feels like a synchronization issue between my account and the EA servers. Could a Community Manager please help me with this? I am ready to provide my account details via private message if needed. I really do not want to lose all the hard work I put into this game over the years. For months now, when I launch the game, it fails to connect to the servers on the loading screen. I get an error message saying it's impossible to connect and to check my connection. I've been getting this message for months, but it's not a problem with my connection. I can play any other game without issues except this one. I play Garden Warfare 1 and 2 almost daily, and other games too, and I've never had problems, but for months now, I haven't been able to play this one. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, restored licenses, etc., but the problem persists. I'd like to know if there's a problem with my account and this game in particular, because I have a secondary account on my PS5, and it connects to the Battle for Neighborville servers, but when I try with my main account, it never connects and I get the same error message. I've attached a video of the message I always get when trying to connect to the game servers. I would like a solution to this problem.If anyone has experienced the same problem and has been able to solve it, I would be grateful if they could share it.
