PVZ GW1 and your future
EA could very well release PVZ GW1 for free, considering the game doesn't receive updates and is very old. Currently, I believe nobody would buy this game, so there wouldn't be new players. However, if the game were released for free, it would attract players who like and support it, and this would also bring in many more players and generate even more hype for EA. #freepvzgw1
Verification issue “Continue” persists
Nearly a day a half later still cannot verify and play my long awaited game from years ago, this issue is bothering me for one I paid PlayStation plus just to get access to the ea servers which is an annoyance on my bill, another is downloading the game and being met with the verifying phase. My email is lined up my code has a green checkmark. When pressing x on continue as well as using the d pad to go down nothing works. Fix this please 🙏Plant Vs Zombies GW2 won't load!!
I just bought Plants Vs Zombies GW2 (PS5) for my son and it won't load (just hangs on the loading screen with the dancing flower) and sometimes throws an error. We have re-installed GW2 (about 5 times!!!), checked for updates for GW2 and the PS5. Started in safe mode, cleared cache and ran a repair. Checked internet connection and speed. Tried and adult account and experienced the same issue. Is there something wrong with the EA server? Does the game still work - we just bought it - grrrPvz GW Data Transfer from PS4 to PS5
Today I received my new PS5 and I was about to transfer my game data to it but I realized GW 1 isn’t there or in my cloud data storage on my ps4 for some reason. It’s the only one that isn’t there and does anyone knows how to fix this? I don’t want to lose all my data on it after working hard on locking all the characters and getting even the hardest of achievements

I don't understand why EA/PopCap refused to give any love to one of their most beloved franchises under their belt. Not only is there a subpar anti-cheat being added, locking out a portion of the player base while still not protecting players, but the current players can't even 100% the game due to design oversights. If there were any way for them to allow Steam Deck players to have crossplay or cross-save, this game would have a resurgence. We've seen it maintain thousands of players despite the lack of updates, and instead of making a new game or fixing the old one, they let it slowly get taken over by cheaters while they release another AI-generated remaster of your childhood game, and they can't even include the minigames across the various versions of Plants vs. Zombies. Really, what is EA/PopCap thinking? I can't be the only one with these thoughts.
