Not allowed to play

I just bought pvz gw2 and are unable to play it says something went wrong on our end or application error (0xc0000142) I have tried everything and nothing works I bought the game on two different consoles (pc and PlayStation) and I am pretty upset about this I hope someone can look in to this. Thank u
