Encountered Cheater/Account Unplayable/NEED HELP
Hello! I require a deepdive into my account, and possibly a reset? I ran across a cheater who was playing as boss characters, one-shotting every player, after encountering this cheater, they proceeded to play animations to crash my game, then unlocked every achievement on steam for me, and now I cannot launch the game, when I do, I get met with a black loading screen with the flower in the bottom right corner. I can still hear and move my character in the background. PLEASE HELP, none of the advice I've come across has helped. Thank you!
Sticker Shop gifted packs infinite loading loop
My Sticker Shop shows a large number of gifted packs, but when I enter the gifted packs section it loads forever and never opens. There is no error message — just infinite loading — and the shop becomes unusable. What I already tried: Repair game files Verify Steam files Reinstall game Clear EA app cache Clean boot Connection tests Waited more than 30 minutes on the gifted packs screen The rest of the game works correctly, including online matches. The problem appears isolated to the gifted packs queue. EA Help case already escalated to technical team — posting here as requested for tracking and prioritization. If needed, I can provide screenshots and video of the issue.
Issues with Hackers/Anti cheat
Hackers on PC: I've been wanting to play this game for years and finally saved enough money for a laptop or a Steam Deck just to play it. But after doing some research, the problems left unresolved are honestly a huge turn off. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who thinks leaving the game rampant with hackers is a dooky move. The last update for this was in 2024 it’s been 2 years and hackers are still trolling players and straight up BANNING them? How is it still in this state? If you’re going to leave a game with no more updates, at least make sure it’s safe. Players banning other players is killing the game for people like me before we even start. We need an anti-cheat that actually works because this clearly ain't it. Anti-Cheat / Steam Deck & Steam Machine Issue: On top of the hackers, I’m stuck between buying a laptop or a Steam Deck. I really want to play casually on the Deck, but I found out the 2024 anti-cheat update completely broke the game for Steam Deck users. It won't even let the game boot on SteamOS anymore. With the new Steam Machines coming out this year, it feels like even more people are going to be locked out of the game. Please just enable Proton support for the anti-cheat! I want to jump in and be part of this "new wave" of players, but it’s hard to justify spending the money when the game is broken for handhelds and the PC servers feel unsafe. Conclusion: Overall, I’m just a fan who wants to play a great game without all these headaches. If you’re also worried about the state of the game, please share your thoughts here too. Hopefully, if enough of us mention it, they’ll actually see that people are still trying to play and give us a fix.🙏PVZGW2 won't work!
after a time ago I modified my game. just to the skins I try playing it error dump appear! nut i try again ANOTHER ONE appear! I deleted my frosty moder thing and try again. BUT YET AGAIN another APPEARED! and did some other stuff but it does not work! and till dis day! STILL DOSNT WORK STILL! Comprei o jogo faz um tempinho e não consigo jogar pois aparece este erro quando tento abrir o jogo: Depois quando tento abrir o jogo novamente aparece este outro problema: Se alguem conseguir me ajudar ficaria grato Meu pc não e muito bom mas pelo menos era pra abrir o jogo mas nem isso consigo.
pvzgw2 keeps closing no matter what i try
it keeps closing after a bit of playing no matter what i do, i've updated tpm, i've updated drivers, capped the fps at 55 in the steam properties since i have 165hz refresh rate, secure boot, repairing the ea anti cheat, uninstalling it, rebooting and installing it again on admin, clearing cache, etc, everything you could ever find to try to fix it, and nothing's worked. It's insanely frustrating, I have wanted to play this game on pc since it's my childhood game, but this experience has been nothing but frustrating, please help. If it helps determine what might be causing it I have an acer nitro laptop, the ANV15-42-R50C-2

EA_Shepard I bet you are asked things like this constantly, but has Jynxzi’s streaming and player spike on gw2 gained any traction or attention from the higher ups? Like **bleep** dude it’s 10 years old and people still love it. If that’s not a sign for a content update I have no idea what is.
