I have a bug that dosent let me play the infinity zone for the zombie side

So, i have this bug in ovz gw2, in the mission of the captain that says that i need open another portal, the problem is that i already have all the portals open, and when i go to the basemeant of zomboss to play the infity zone, theres nothing, only a floating exclamacion mark.

Please help i haved this problem for like 6 years.
