Suggestion: Voluntary Prestige/Reset System for Battlefield 6
Let players who want a fresh start have the option to voluntarily reset their progress — but keep it completely optional. How it would work: Players can choose to “Prestige/Reset” once they reach a minimum rank (for example, Rank 200 or higher). Upon resetting, your rank, weapon levels, gadget levels, and attachments all start over from scratch. You keep every weapon, vehicle, and gadget you’ve already unlocked (especially important for players who have spent money on them). You would only lose the attachments, scopes, magazines, ammo types, etc. that you had equipped/earned on those weapons. This gives players the satisfaction of starting fresh and re-earning progression while respecting their previous unlocks and purchases. Prestige Dog Tag Idea: To recognize and show off your journey, add a special Prestige Dog Tag that tracks: Total number of resets/prestiges Your highest rank achieved before each reset Example: “3x Prestige | Peaks: 397 — 284 — 512” This would let veterans proudly display how many times they’ve restarted while showing the peaks of their previous careers. It adds a cool sense of legacy and accomplishment. This system would be perfect for players who love the early-game grind and unlocking everything again, without punishing or alienating those who prefer to keep their hard-earned progress.Season 3 is some **bleep**
Season 3 is the worst season yet. There are so many **bleep** changes in the game. controlling the shots on the tank is **bleep**. and no matter where the hell you go you just get killed. and the guy is **bleep** sweaty **bleep** over lvl 700... -.- no **bleep**. yesterday it wasn't like that (season 3 came today) until yesterday it has been fun playing BF6.. now it's just a tragic misfortune of some **bleep**..Stat Padding is killing BF6
I remember when stat padding was cheating. Stat padding and spawn is the same thing BASE is STAT PADDING!! Just like guys who sit in mobile AA shooting every take off by airplanes and choppers. It’s STAT PAD KILLING! And it kills the game. Because I am yet to meet anyone who plays to be spawn and base just so RA/ DICE can be another Call Of Duty. like others. If I can’t play the part I bought the game for I will leave. If I am getting SPAWN AND BASE I LEAVE. Just like out of bounds is killing the game. as for jets I have over 33,000 jet kills and that is in one game alone so please keep our records out of this because you will be shocked. BF2 I had 33,000 jets and 25, 000 kills in the chopper alone. So my flying isn’t the issue. Its maps spawn placement and location and resupply Bs location so close to the ground. Among others. Base is stat padding so base kills the game. I have ran 24/7 servers for years . How many of you can say that? I know what makes people stay and people leave and base kills the server and game.. I love the battlefield series, I have been playing for years now and I have a few ideas that might be cool. Let’s start off with colour coded smoke grenades to be introduced to indicate different areas and their hazards and or signals or camouflage. Red for enemies and for artillery bombardment. black/Green plume to get out without being seen, yellow for vehicles needing repairs under fire. Purple for mass revive area for medics trenches trowels you should be able to dig out a position for you and your teammates if under fire in the field. bigger artillery weapons in maps should be stationed and ones could be hooked up to a car and driven to desired position to lay down devastating firepower. implement more shrapnel and damage range from falling buildings and ricochet and chance to catch on fire from hot metal shrapnel bouncing off the tanks. Start a forest fire with flamethrowers that spreads in the jungle that sections off different parts during a timeline in the match to initiate crazy ambushes. Star Wars Fans Outnumber your large Battlefield player base by more than any of your projects. And look at this game, Star Wars galaxy of hero’s, and at how long this game has been active! And the Battlefront 2’s numbers and look at how it just keeps peaking and peaking even on May 4th! Listen I know what happened during those early years of Battlefront 2 and that was clearly your fault because of those Pay-To-Win games and I done the research, all of Battlefront’s games are the best video games ever made! These Star Wars games have lasted for ages and all it takes is the same amount of effort for your Battlefield games and then Ka-Boom money by the millions. Hello Message Body: My Core Idea: Instead of developers crudely nerfing the base fire rate of a gun every season to balance the game, I suggest setting a Performance Boundary for each weapon. The devs only need to define the Maximum and Minimum Fire Rate, Maximum and Minimum Damage, and Maximum and Minimum Recoil. Let the players decide the TTK (Time to Kill) composition through attachments. You can use your AI scripts to run simulations within these boundaries to ensure that no matter how we build the gun, the theoretical TTK remains balanced. Balancing Logic Example for TR-7: Option A: Armor-Piercing Rounds plus Long Barrel. Logic involves Max Damage (33), Min Fire Rate (530 RPM), matched with Maximum Recoil. Result is for players who want a 3-shot kill, but they must deal with a heavy kick and slow fire rate. Option B: Headshot Rounds plus Short Barrel. Logic involves Max Fire Rate (730 RPM), Min Damage (18), matched with Minimum Recoil. Result is that it feels like a peashooter against the body, but it is a laser. Skilled players can use the fast fire rate and zero-recoil to get instant kills by locking onto the head. Reviving Underused Weapons Example for G3: The G3 is currently a dead weapon because it has high damage but a very slow fire rate. In the current meta, it is too unforgiving, so nobody wants to use it. Under my proposed system: First, Players can equip the G3 with Headshot Rounds to increase its fire rate. Second, By lowering its excessive damage, the G3 gains the speed it needs to be competitive. Third, This allows slow guns like the G3 to finally have a chance to shine in mid-to-close range fights by trading damage for speed. Why This is Better: One. Dynamic Balance: Devs do not need to over-analyze individual guns. Just use AI to balance the trade-offs of the attachments. Two. Make Every Attachment Count: Under this system, every attachment serves a real purpose, allowing every gun to be transformed into countless different forms. This will motivate players to truly experiment and research to find their optimal feel, knowing that while the overall TTK remains balanced, every weapon now has a fair chance to shine on the battlefield. Three. No Single Best Gun: Players choose based on their style, such as high power or high speed. Both can compete fairly in the same TTK environment. Conclusion: Reduce the workload for devs and give the choice of TTK back to the players. Use AI to simulate attachment trade-offs, not to kill the soul of our guns. So EA have updated portal to have 4 players start now, with or without bots and modified XP for both. I see why they have made modified XP for verified server running with bots enabled to help stop XP farms, but why have we got modified XP for verified server that don't have any bots enabled. Only yesterday we had Full XP and Full Stats for none bot enabled verified servers and Full XP and no player stats for bot filled servers. What is EA doing, are they trying to kill Portal or are they not testing things before they go live with them. All I ask is shouldn't Verified none bot backfilled servers not running bots be Full XP and Full Stats as it is just actual players and no possible way to farm XP? Can we have this changed please. Or because there has been no official news posted on the change yet, are they still working on this and it's a bug till all sorted out? The only reason I know this is because I changed my map rotation and reloaded the server to see 4 player start and modified XP with bots on, so I shut it down and disabled bots reloaded server and 4 player start and still modified XP. I even made a new server without bots even that has modified XP. Please fix this issue to Full XP for Verified None Bot Backfilled Servers with 4 Player Start and let communities thrive.
