Persistent Freezing and Crashing in Sims 4 - No Mods or CC
Hello I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my Sims 4 game that I believe may be caused by a bug. The game consistently freezes and crashes during gameplay. My Sims will sometimes be unable to enter their homes and remain stuck outside. When in Build Mode, especially while placing lots, the game slows down drastically, freezes or loads the lot incorrectly, houses will often appear disheveled or partially unloaded. Game cannot shut down properly, so I must always do a force shut down or "End Task" Initially I assumed the problem was related to outdated custom content or mods. I spent over a month testing using the 50 50 method and eventually narrowed it down to just one mod. However, even with all mods and CC removed the game continued to crash. Here's what I’ve already tried Cleared all cache files Repaired the game twice via the EA app Created a completely new Sims 4 folder and started a fresh save as suggested by Discord support Despite all these steps, the game continues to crash and freeze. These issues have been occurring for several months now, and I’ve exhausted all troubleshooting steps I’m aware of. I strongly suspect there may be a bug or deeper issue within the game itself. WHATS HAPPENING??
This has been happening the past couple of times I try opening the app. Where it won’t connect to “online mode”. Strictly will not. I only play The Sims 4 so it’s not a BIG deal, I can play offline. BUT! I have made sure I am connected to WiFi and I haven’t ever had issues like this in the past. Is this just me? Or is anyone else having issues? I have even tried going into the game to connect that way and it just won’t let me. HELP!
Cannot change EA ID; Enter a valid EA ID
Hey, so I wanted to change my EA ID back to my original nickname "tfJumper", but the account settings keeps rejecting me from using it saying its not vaild. I tried only lowercases, numbers, underscores but none of them work. I had a sub account with that ID but i recently changed it so I know it is a vaild ID please help
My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. What else could I do to fix this?
Error Code EC:105
Hello, I've been playing the Sims in my computer and every time I open the gallery to download a built it does not let me. Then my EA app gives me this message error code EC:105 as shown in the picture, my Internet is stable so that's not a problem. I already tried to repair it it didn't work and then I deleted everything and re-download it and it still has the same problem I don't know what to do. I was playing the Sims for years and this is the first time I had a problem. Help me please
