EA App friends list still not being fixed!!!!!
Hello! EA_Leeuw Its been over a month since i have complained about the EA app not showing the friends list with screenshots and report ID. I still havent received any response from your side regarding this issue. I have a lot of your games just sitting there in the library not being able to play. I save up to buy and play ur gamea just to face issues. Dont make me regret buying your games. If the issue is being worked on i would like an update regarding my complaint in my thread so that i know something is being worked on. I have tried all the possible solution provided and nothing works and its still the same. I have placed another report regarding and below is the new report ID. CHANGE EMAIL ADRESS WITHOUT VERIFICATION
Guys i need big help from yall i have problem,I have on old email adress logged into my ea account but it doesnt work for like a long time and i need to change the rmail adress but i didnt verify it couse it doesnt work how do i change the email without the verification?I got double charged. Help me
I was charged twice. Please refund one of them. Please process this quickly. I kept trying. to get a refund. But the refund selection window doesn't appear. My order number is 1008381916801. The game won't even launch, so please fix this. I've spent 88,000 won but I can't play the game right now.
Custom Avatar not Working
I can't upload an image to replace my avatar. I am going into the EA app clicking on "My Profile" then clicking on "Manage". It will then take me to the Account Management web page. When I click on the little pencil button next to my avatar the only option that comes up is "Choose from gallery". There is no "Upload Image" option.
EA App fails to connect and will not show any offline messages
Just as the title says. It takes 2 or 3 times to get connected to the app. Once it does, if anyone has left me a offline message, I cannot read it. I can see my side of the conversation, but their side is blank. I did clear the cache, got a fresh download of the app and nothing helped.
