MY SOCIAL TAB IS BLOCKED / CANNOT ACCES IT
Hey its been like 4 days since Im having issues with the EA App I cannot access my socials / see my friends list , even in game Its black cannot press anything and also sometimes im getting the background services crashed or my EA app is stuck on connecting.. Im really pissed off at this point cause tried everything-- restarting my rooter / DNS / temp / uninstalling / repairing, cache.. anyone knows how to fix the friend list tab please?
Friend Request Errors
I am unable to accept or reject friend requests in the EA app. I have checked my privacy settings, logging in and out, restarting the app, app recovery, sending another request after canceling, and reinstalling the app. Myself and my friend are having the same issue. I submitted an error report via the app. 36a022fc-0b37-4367-8629-ea613db7b1bc Am I missing a way to fix this?
Remove your launcher or actually update it
For a company that made a launcher to fit your game, you guys have no idea how to actually make a launcher and need to go back to basic's. The fact you can't fully close the app, and have to force close it through your desktop taskbar is incredibly dumb with no way to turn it off?? are you guys stuck in the past? time to catch up ! were not in 2012 anymore. Secondly forcing user's to sign in every. Single. Time. to your app is probably one of the most frustrating things about it. EVEN WHEN we have "KEEP SIGNED IN " TAGGED. Your stupid program logs us out, and completely wipes everything, like its an old timer with dementia...that we **bleep** hate and have to CONSTANTLY remind him. Whoever created the app needs to understand. WE DO NOT. CARE. FOR THIS NEW LOOK YOU MADE ON YOUR APP. "MODERNIZED" IS TERRIBLE. No one likes this **bleep** except for house buying and room renovation. NOT FOR A GAMING APP. I don't care if I have to sign in to your app, just let me do it ONCE. SO I CAN NOT HAVE TO DO IT EVERY TIME I LAUNCH ONE OF YOUR GAMES. You actively push me away from being interested in anything you guys do when you're main platform is so buggy and broken I feel better jumping down the stairs then loading up your program. Your "support" is also a terrible joke, for a company that PRAISES its support for players, I have had better support from a drive thru window then ive had with you guys. You guys have go to be better, or just take a step back for awhile and re-do yourself cause you guys are just a hallow shell of what you use to be lmao.
Custom Avatar not Working
I can't upload an image to replace my avatar. I am going into the EA app clicking on "My Profile" then clicking on "Manage". It will then take me to the Account Management web page. When I click on the little pencil button next to my avatar the only option that comes up is "Choose from gallery". There is no "Upload Image" option.Steam Family Stops Split Fiction from being able to be played
For whatever reason (this was not an issue before) launching the steam family version of split fiction would allow me to play the full game and have another person outside of the family able to play with a friends pass. However, now despite owning the full game through steam family, i can no longer access the full game anymore, just the friends pass version. Is there any solution to this?
friends can't see in any of the games, can't send invites to group/lobbies
After being banned for 7 days, when the suspension got lifted none of my friends are able to see me in the ea connect overlay, they cant invite me to their lobbies/groups and they can't accept my invites too. Removing and re-adding them did not solve the issue, after numerous tries of contacting the ''support'' team they are absolutely clueless and keep copy-pasting that I am banned even though it expired and I am able to play. Now I can't even create another ticket, it says "This issue isn't supported by advisors". Can anyone competent take care of this?
