In-game Rich Presence Deprecated?

For the past few years, EA’s game presence appears to have stopped working properly, despite various sources still stating that the feature is supported. This also seems to affect the Discord Rich Presence integration.

Previously, EA’s presence system could display the game you were playing, the current level or location, the game mode, and how long you had been playing.

Nowadays, it only seems to display the game title. The Discord Rich Presence integration also no longer appears to work at all.
