Very dissapointed

i want to have  a complaint about this game i cannt access the game modes and i have spent 5000$ on fc points and everytime i talk to support they tell me wait its been 20 days and they havent resolved my problem. never spend any dime on this game they dont admire customers. very bad customer service.
