Why can I not unlock the special class?
So when I started playing the game, I bought the upgraded defensive edition for the elites I started playing the game for a couple of months. I played it before I unlocked the outfit for the special classes on my other account but when I started a new account, it doesn’t let me unlock the special assignment when I already reached level 20 on all the classes. Can someone tell me why?
Newest EA anti cheat Javelin causing more headache than EAC EA Anti Cheat
Previously with EAC EA Anti cheat, you could just manually update, allowing Windows Defender to exclude file checking and turning Power Plan to Balanced, in-game problem usually gone or kept at minimum. Now with their latest toy, Battlefield V is almost unplayable, constantly crashing every minute, causing micro stutter and spawning bugs. Oh and not to mention breaking any other device driver. I wonder if this is their way of turning people away from the old games as new installment launch is imminent. There's old adage, A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and There is no such thing as perfect security, only varying levels of insecurity. To sum it up, making anti cheat more hostile is only driving your fan base away, fast response and tough firm decision to ban all cheater are still best way.
BF1:Balance Is Dead: Player is using Bugs to ruin BF1. Needs Fix Asap!
Hi,Allow me to introduce myself. My name is FranX, my game ID is Sorryikuuu. I’m a loyal gamer from China. I have been playing this game for thousands of hours. I also spent a lot of time helping Chinese community organizations called “BFEAC” and “BFBan” ban hundreds of cheaters. But over the last few months, I have noticed this player called [removed]. I believe many players know about this loser because he uses all kinds of unfair ways to play BF1, including cheating, swearing, and abusing bugs. Thanks to him, I also noticed some terrible bugs that are slowly killing this game, and I really hope EA can fix this, please!!!!! First bug: flat-firing AA rocket. The AA rocket has a range of 250m and an explosion radius of 50m, dealing 40~50 damage (including to elite soldiers and cavalry). Sometimes the bullets can even pass through buildings. The damage from this weapon does not show a damage source, making the AA rocket user extremely hard to locate. The AA rocket bullet has very slight drop, meaning the user can perform over-the-horizon strikes over hillsides. I found this bug on the default official server B2B (Back to Basics, an Operations server where automatic/semi-automatic weapons, air and land vehicles are banned; only standard iron-sight single-action rifles are allowed). Adoreys can easily get 200+ kills per match. He just places an ammo crate, redeploys as Assault, then fires at objectives from a distance of 250m. Based on the AA rocket stats I mentioned above, this weapon has a massive explosion radius and high damage. They can literally perform beyond-visual-range strikes. You can do nothing on a no-vehicle, iron-sight rifle only Operations server but get killed. I have attached some screenshots so you can see how terrible this player’s K/D ratio is. The second bug: deploying heavy bomber on B2B servers where vehicles are banned. I don’t know how he managed to do this. He even posted tutorials on another platform teaching others how to deploy vehicles on B2B servers. I will attach the video links and his combat result screenshots at the end as well. He can easily kill 200+ kills and only die 1 or 2 times per match, because most B2B players are newcomers. They don’t even know how to unlock the AA rocket, and there are no stationary AA guns or pom-pom guns available because all vehicles are banned. In the end, I really love the Battlefield series, and I think BF1 is more than a game—it’s the best BF in my heart. I truly care about the experience of all players. I switch to the noob’s side to balance the game and help new players learn and enjoy it. That’s why I spent countless hours gathering evidence against cheaters and helping ban hundreds of them. It makes me really sad to see new and regular players getting killed like this. I can sacrifice my time to ban cheaters, but there’s nothing I can do about game-breaking bugs. This is the only thing I can do. So if you are reading this, please leave a comment or like💕💕. We need EA to see this and fix it as soon as possible. I'm attaching a video so that you guys can understand the problem. I try to explain it here also - When I try to open the game, the dialogue box opens, and it closes, but the game does not open. And when I check Steam, it shows the game is running and also shows run time, but in reality, I never played the game because it never opens.

Hello, I've played BF V on EA platform for years. I don't have it on Steam. Recently, I purchased the game on Steam on the most recent discounts. If I launch the game, will I have all my progress backed up on Steam from EA? If not, how to get them back? Thank you
Battlefield V – Armory not working for months
Hello EA Support team, I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Armory in Battlefield V. For couple of months and maybe even half a year now, the Armory has not been functioning properly — it no longer provides any weekly bundles, skins, or featured offers, even though this feature used to work consistently before. I completely understand that Battlefield V is no longer receiving new content updates from DICE or EA Games, but the Armory system was a core and working feature of the game, and it should still be maintained. Players are still purchasing Battlefield V and additional content, and the servers remain active, which clearly shows there is still a dedicated and active community supporting the game. Not long ago, there was also an issue where the community servers were not working properly, and that problem was eventually fixed — which proves that there are still people maintaining the backend and keeping the game functional. We hope that the same kind of maintenance can be done for the Armory system as well. As large and successful companies, DICE and EA Games have the responsibility to ensure that existing features, especially those that were part of the original paid product, continue to function properly. Even if no new content is being developed, basic maintenance and functionality of in-game systems like the Armory should still be supported — particularly since the game is still available for sale and players continue to spend money on it. At the moment, the Armory in Battlefield V only displays a static screen with the message “NO SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE” (as shown in the attached screenshot). It no longer provides any bundles, shipments, or weekly items, confirming that the feature is completely non-functional. This issue has persisted for several months and continues to affect many active players who still enjoy and support the game. In the name of Battlefield V players and myself, I kindly ask you to look into this problem. Please investigate this issue or escalate it to the appropriate team within EA or DICE. Restoring the Armory’s functionality would mean a lot to the Battlefield community and show that EA and DICE still care about maintaining the integrity of their games. “Test Your Mettle” Achievement Now Unobtainable – Please Consider a Fix
Hi EA team, I’m reaching out regarding the “Test Your Mettle” achievement in Battlefield Hardline. Since the official servers have been shut down, this achievement has become unobtainable, as it relies on online features no longer accessible. Many completionists and fans of the Battlefield series are disappointed, as this prevents 100% completion of the game. I kindly ask that you consider issuing a fix or workaround for this achievement, such as unlocking it automatically or adjusting the criteria so it can be completed another way. Wifi Disconnect's on opening
Hello! Me and my dad were just trying to play BF2042 again, and it seems my wifi not only turns off but the wifi adapter seems to disable as well! I uninstalled the Killer Intelegence Hub, I use a Alienware m16 r2. And I heard Killer does this, so I just uninstalled the intellegence hub, do I need to uninstall the drivers too?
