FC 24 TEAM MANAGEMENT FREEZE
Hi, I’m experiencing a freezing issue in EA SPORTS FC 24 on PS4. During a match, when I go to Team Management at half-time, the game suddenly becomes unresponsive. I cannot change players, go back, or navigate through the menu. The controller is still working normally, but the game does not respond to any inputs. I have already restarted the game and PS4, checked for updates, and tested with another controller, but the issue still happens. This problem did not happen before. I have to completely restart the game whenever it occurs. Please investigate this issue. Thank yo
Cant select manager head, gets stuck in menu.
Hi there, I just bought EAFC24 on PC a couple days ago and when I try and start a new career mode I cant change/edit my manager. When I go to the head selection it randomly picks one of the heads and I cant use my controller or keyboard/mouse to change to another head. Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks.
Login verification code sent but cannot enter the code
When it shows login verification where I can click continue button to send me a code to my email, after i hit the continue button, it says now’s a bad time. And i am not able to do anything but close the fifa24 app. i received the code but cannot enter it.Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Please escalate this to the game team so we can complete our trophy collections. Thank you.
Used EA FC points code but didnt get the points
Hello everyone, Im curious if anybody ever experienced something similiar. I used the code, it said that it was redeemed successfully, but I never got the points. I tried to contact EA help but they just keep on repeating to contact the retailer to check if the code was redemmed. Obviously it has nothing to do with the retailer and it got bugged or something and im running out of patience and options. So im just curious if anybody experienced something similiar and maybe even solved it.
XP STILL 0 AFTER PLAYING 10 MATCHES IN ULTIMATE TEAM FC24
I am playing a lot of matches to the ultimate team I just created a few days ago . The problem is my XP isn't going up it stays at 0 and I can't get any season packs because of it please resolve this problem I tried everything to resolve it by myself and I couldn't do itProblema de conexión
Otra vez tengo el problema que al entrar al fc24 carga y me dice que mi cuenta no se puede conectar a los servidores de ea que por conexión pero no es por el internet, y ya intenté borrar los datos del juego, la consola está actualizada, cambiar los dns y en otra cuenta si me deja entrar
