Please fix save issue and consider returning Life Stories + IKEA pack
Hello, dear Sims team, First of all, thank you for bringing back The Sims 2. For many of us, this game is more than just nostalgia — it’s a piece of our childhood. The new Legacy Collection is a wonderful gift, but as a longtime player, I’d like to share a few suggestions and heartfelt requests. Some technical issues still appear — for example, the installer window sometimes freezes or opens cropped, and the interface doesn’t scale properly on modern 2K/4K displays. It would be amazing if you could release a small patch to fix compatibility and improve stability. Please consider bringing back the IKEA Home Stuff pack. It was one of the most beloved additions because of its realistic, minimalist furniture. Maybe renewed cooperation with IKEA would make that possible again. Many fans would love to see The Sims 2: Life Stories re-released digitally, or as optional DLC for Legacy Collection. Those storylines were unique and very dear to players. Also, there’s an issue with saved families not being preserved — after quitting the game, all progress disappears, even if you exit properly through the main menu. It seems the save system doesn’t always work correctly in Legacy Collection. Possible fixes players have already tried: Running the game as administrator Creating the missing save folder manually in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 2 Legacy Collection\Saves Installing the game outside Program Files (for example, C:\Games\Sims2Legacy) Turning off OneDrive sync for “Documents” Enabling compatibility mode for Windows XP (SP3) For many players, The Sims 2 remains the most heartfelt and atmospheric part of the series. THE SIMS 2 LEGACY FECHANDO SOZINHO
Olá pessoal, voltei para o TS2 Legacy esses dias e notei que meu jogo fecha sozinho no meio do save, o que acaba me fazendo perder o progresso. Vocês sabem o que pode ser e se há alguma maneira de consertar isso? (Eu tenho no Steam) Só tenho os mods: Clean UI, Default Hairs, ACR MOD e baixei um mod de salvamento automático ontem, mas ele fechava sozinho antes de adicionar qualquer mod. Já tentei remover todos os mods, mas ele continua fechando. Acredito que seja um bug no próprio jogo. Tentei pesquisar no Google, mas parece que ninguém se importa com a Coleção Legacy.THE SIMS 2 LEGACY CLOSING ALONE
Hi guys, I went back to TS2 Legacy these days and I noticed that my game closes by itself in the middle of my save which ends up making me lose my progress. Do you know what it could be and if there is any way to fix this? (I have it on Steam) I only have the mods: Clean UI, default hairs, ACR MOD, and I downloaded an autosave mod yesterday, but it closed by itself before I could add any mods. I've already tried removing all the mods but it still keeps closing. I believe it's a bug in the game itself. I tried to search on Google, but it seems like no one really cares about the Legacy Collection.
Problem z włączeniem The Sims 2 i brak możliwości zmiany w plikach
Cześć, Mam problem z włączeniem gry i w zasadzie z jakąkolwiek możliwością zmiany w plikach gry. Raz pokazywał mi się komunikat o zakłóceniu plików, a raz komunikat EA app, że wystąpił błąd. Z racji tego, że gra włącza mi (a potem wyłącza po sekundzie) się w bardzo małej rozdzielczości to chciałam ją zmienić. Próbując to zrobić nie mogłam zapisać pliku, ponieważ wyskakiwał mi komunikat, że musze skontaktować się z administratorem, bądź właścicielem pliku. Próbowałam reinstalować grę, użyć opcji naprawiania, włączyć grę jako administrator oraz zmieniłam tryb zgodności na windows XP (mam windows 11).
Bug Resolução do CAS no The Sims 2 Legacy
A resolução da minha tela é 1366x768. Quando entro no CAS, ele está com um zoom mais afastado que o normal(print1). Quando mudo a resolução da tela para qualquer outra menor que 1366x768, em modo janela, o zoom volta ao normal (print2). Então, se volto ao modo tela cheia, ele vai pra resolução 1366x768 e o zoom se afasta novamente. Já tentei tudo que poderia imaginar (retirar os mods/cc que uso no CAS; utilizar outro arquivo .txt que altera a câmera; alterar resolução pelo Graphic Rules... Nada funciona. Vi pessoas com o mesmo problema neste e em outros fóruns também sem uma solução (posts de meses atrás). Não sei se esse vai fazer com que a EA se mexa, mas é meu último recurso. Chciałabym złożyć zażalenie z powodu zachowania twórców The Sims. Dlaczego uniemożliwiacie graczom z modami spokojnie grać? Ciągle wyskakuje nowy błąd mimo, iż wszystkie modyfikacje są zaktualizowane do najnowszej wersji. Nie jest to jedynie mój problem, lecz większości graczy. Błędy nie są spowodowane przez twórców zawartości zmodyfikowanej, tylko przez firmę odpowiedzialną za wypuszczenie gry. Ponadto problemy występują także u graczy bez modyfikacji. Tym samym chcę złożyć petycję o umożliwienie gry zarówno z modami jak i bez do Electronics Arts oraz Maxis. Odczuwam, że jest to celowe urażenie klientów, którzy kupili grę oraz osób kupujących dodatki i inne rozszerzenia do rozgrywki. Proszę tym samym o naprawienie swoich błędów. Chodzi tu nie o jedną część, a o wszystkie, gdyż mając problemy z The Sims4 napotkałam wiele postów dotyczących problemów w innych częściach gry m.in.: The Sims3 oraz The Sims2. Mam nadzieje, że po przeczytaniu tego posta Electronics Arts naprawi wszystkie problemy.

Подскажите, пожалуйста, почему может быть такая картина в файле conig-log : memory: 0 free memory: 0 ? Это может быть причиной вылетов? пыталась исправить 4gb патчем - не изменилось ничего в логе. Grapfics rules maker видит две видеокарты - встроенную Intel и дополнительную NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, но в графе "displey" NVIDIA указана как disconected, это значит игра ее не использует? а с Intel вот так: Получается, игра использует не игровую видеокарту NVIDIA, поэтому показатели memory в логе по нулям? еще проверяла в средствах диагностики DirectX параметры экрана, тут тоже данные видеокарты не Nvidia, а Intel:
