Solution for PS5 users
I used the PS App, if you already have FC 26 installed or owned you need to go to it in your library and then click on it and then change version to the EA FC playtest and then you’ll see the option to download it. I’ve attached a couple of images hope this helps

How do I get access to the playtest forum for EAFC?
Hi there just looking for any help in gaining access to the forum for the EAFC playtest. Every time I click the link to access it, it tells me access denied. Thanks in advance

Can't find Playtest in all games and can't redeem again
I redeemed the code but the game has not appeared in library for download and I can't find it anywhere and now when I try to redeem again it says the code has already been used. I am on PS5.

Playtest Unavailable
Hello, I redeemed the latest code and downloaded the game. But upon installing it's saying playtest is unavailable and to check the email, even though the email says it will be available throughout the playtest period which is two weeks long

I’ve redeemed the code as stated in email for the play test but there is no game in my games library all the happened was the games store updated I’m new to play testing and on Xbox any help would be great

Game missing after entering game code
Hi. Sorry to bother you. I have entered the playtest game code in to my XBox Series X. It was accepted but the game is not appearing on my console so I am unable to play it. Help accessing?!
I don't own the original game on my console, but went to the store, Input the code, got the all good "you re all set", but there is nothing downloaded or downloading. Ive restarted the console etc but nothing. My start time is 6pm but assumed I'd be able to download ahead of time so it was ready?!
