The game control and pack Opening
Your game control are not good and I can't win any of the match. your **bleep**ing is so bad that I open 3k gems pack everyday and I don't get the max ovr players i need to exchange with shards and that lost all my new and so many gems. And my friend who comes in the game rarely and he get max ovr players from 2500 gems pack. Thats not good for a person how play every day. Subject: GAC Fight Submission Bug – No Buttons, Timer at 0:00 During my recent Grand Arena Championship (GAC) match, the interface completely broke — the action buttons disappeared, the timer hit 0:00, and I had no way to submit the battle. As shown in the attached screenshots, I was left stuck at the end of the fight with no resolution. This kind of bug seriously hurts the competitive experience. I play GAC seriously and a technical issue like this could easily result in a loss I didn’t earn. It’s frustrating and unfair, especially considering how much time and strategy goes into each match. Please look into this and fix the issue. Consistency and reliability are essential for competitive players, and situations like this really undermine confidence in the mode. Thanks for your attention to this. This issue frequently occurs when battling Galactic Legend Ahsoka. I’m not sure why it happens, but these are the two matchups where it's happened to me multiple times. It significantly impacts the gameplay experience, and I genuinely believe this needs to be addressed and fixed as soon as possible.
Severe lag after 1 hour of gameplay : requires restart
Hi, I'm experiencing a major performance issue that seems to affect a lot of players (I asked my community and many confirmed having the same problem). When I first launch the game, everything runs smoothly. Menus like Needs, Inventory, and Aspirations open instantly. Build/Buy mode is fine too, with maybe a tiny freeze the first time, but that’s normal. The issue is: the longer I play, the worse the game performs. - After around 30 minutes, the menus start to feel a bit slower. - After about an hour, the game becomes extremely laggy: - Opening the Needs panel takes a few seconds. - Build/Buy mode freezes for 5–6 seconds before opening. - The Eyedropper tool has a delay of around 2 seconds. - UI and general interactions become very sluggish. The only fix is to completely restart the game. After relaunching, everything is smooth again — but only temporarily. After another 30–60 minutes, the problem comes back. This isn’t a hardware issue. My PC setup: - Intel Core i9-12900K - 64 GB DDR5 RAM - NVIDIA RTX 4090 - Game installed on SSD - No mods, no CC - All expansion packs installed I also tend to play fast-paced, usually on speed 3. In one hour of real-time gameplay, I can go through 10–14 Sim days. It seems like the game is slowly filling up memory or cache that never clears unless I restart. It would be great to know if this has already been reported or tracked by the dev team, because it makes long play sessions really frustrating. Thanks!

just wanna preface this by saying this is my 5th or 6th time posting something similar to this forum, accross a couple different account. Honestly, if this doesnt get solved I might just give up. anyway, my ea account got hacked a couple months ago, and when it got hacked, the hacker switched up the email ascociated with my ea acount, which, in turn, screwed up the link to my mobile game. Because of this i cant play on the ea pc client anymore, and only on emulated android such as bluestacks. whenever i try to use the unlink button i get error code 9. EA support and mobile in-game suppor thave been completely unhelpful. I might honestly quit the game if this doesnt get solved. I have quit ea bit of progress and a lot of money spent on this account Thanks if you see thisEA app = neglected app.
I don't normally post on forum but after visiting the website and seeing all the complaints, I have to say something. First of all, trying to log into the app is a nightmare, it took almost an hour to do it and multiple attempts to reset the password before I could log in. Next is the time when I tried to reinstall a game. Last year, I installed the same game into an external drive, after trying to install again today (but this time to my local drive), it's stuck. I changed all my settings to install it to the local drive, did a cold boot multiple times, but for some reason the installation says to check the installation path, no way to change it whatsoever, I had to find my old external drive to install it again. WHO THE F is programming this app? This is basic stuff we are talking about.Buttons not working.
Is it just me or do anybody have the same problem of the buttons of the UI is not working properly? Such as the relationships, Inventory, work buttons, etc.... could be clicked but the HUD wouldn't appear. I'm not sure if this problem is from the script mod I just installed, I have deleted it thinking it might be the cause of it but the problem is still happening so it definitely wasn't it. I couldn't even even exit and save the game properly because the HUD refuses to appear lol. So, does anybody know how to fix this problem or have it before? Please suggest some ways to fix it. Also, forgive me if any of you had a hard time reading this, English is not my first language.
friend list are stuck
My profile picture, status, and friend list are stuck in an endless loading screen (please find attached). Because of this, I can't see my friends online in-game, and they can't see me either. While I have no issues playing the game solo, I'm unable to play with friends anymore. I've followed every troubleshooting step, including multiple reinstalls, and have reported the issue several times through the EA app support option — but it still hasn't been resolved. Please help me fix this."
