Sims' portrait's outfit changes/reverts when traveling
I noticed after updating my game to the latest version that whenever my sims travel to a different lot, the outfit that they're wearing shown at their portrait at the bottom left changes/reverts to the outfit that they're wearing from the last time I've manually saved in that specific outfit. In the attachments is a new game in a fresh new Sims 4 folder after repairing the game where: My sim loaded into a new empty lot in the red striped shirt+jacket. I then changed his outfit into the suit and after traveling to another lot (desert bloom), he's still wearing the suit but the outfit in his portrait reverts to the initial outfit he was wearing. I changed his outfit once again into the denim top/shorts one (his portrait also changed to display the correct outfit after choosing to change his outfit) and traveled to the rattlesnake juice and once again, it reverted back to the red striped shirt combo. I then saved with him wearing the denim top/shorts. I change his outfit once again to one where he's wearing a hat and black overalls and travel to the futures past and the portrait outfit changed but now it's showing the denim top outfit instead of the red stripe shirt outfit.
My sim disappeared and has a lot of tasks to do
If I play sims 4 for like 30 min in. the sims would all the sudden disappear with a lot of task to do and refuse to do any of them because well, they have disappeared is there any way to fix this problem. I keep repairing my game on the EA app, but the problem still persists
[S] Holiday menu needs to be reopened for each Sim
Since the 5/27/25 patch, I can't consecutively click on sims in the household to see what they need to complete in the way of traditions. If I open the menu with one sim, when I click the sim icon for the next household member, the menu needs to be reopened. [HSY] Issues with active highschool UI/ Showing as Holiday UI
It seems like in the newest update High School Days got an update how it displays the school day, by making it like the Holidays from Seasons, I've found a few bugs with this, number 1: When clicking to leave there is no time left how long the school day will take, but there are empty spaces. Number 2: School Starts/Lunch ends... has no actual time when it ends And last 3: (Don't have a screenshot for this one) When you got a task complete the new one won't show up/it won't update till you switch to another sim and back. Cheat bar stretched
Packs I have Installed: All EPs GPs, vintage glamour, goth galore, luxury party, bust the dust, nifty knitting, paranormal, toddler stuff, my first pet stuff, grunge revival, cozy gamer, backyard stuff, and throwback fits. and I am running the latest version today I opened the cheats bar and when I look at the cheat bar it looked stretched and is this intended? since I know with the new update, notifications had shading added, but i know the cheat bar does not have shading. I know its not my files for the game since this was added for me from the new update.
UI Exception 1069: UI Corruption while playing Scenario
I recently encountered an issue with UI disappearing after loading from any screen to LIve Mode. So far, I have encountered this when taking a photo, leaving Build Mode, and loading a lot from traveling. Some things to note: I play on PC and own every piece of DLC. My game is updated to the recent version. This is a fresh install of The Sims 4. I even deleted the game file in which Mods, Screenshots, Saves, etc. are held. The only thing I kept were tray files and accountDataDB.package. I have already repaired my game. I have tested this in several ways. I can only replicate the bug in a household currently in a Scenario. I can even play a household in the same save as a Scenario household and it seems to be unaffected. When this bug occurs, I have to refresh the game. Occasionally, I can exit to the main menu and it will be fine. Other times, exiting to the main menu causes a black screen and I have to force close the game. I would say this bug occurs 25%-50% of the time. I've included a screenshot of what the bug looks like as well as a lastUIException.txt of the bug.

After the last update I tried to see the bagner progress of the after-school scout activity and the board stopped giving the information. [BH] Tiny pink outline lines appearing while building
Building Since Business &Hobbies sometimes I will be working on a plain ol' residential lot and then out of no where a million tiny pink outline lines come up as if I am building on a business lot. I cant even see it's blinding so many neon lines. I can't stand this. Please fix it. Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title
Adopted Sims Relation Changes
Since the latest update my adopted sims relation has changed between one of my couples that adopted them. It has happened multiple times to many couples that have adopted in my game and it always seems to only affect the sim that didn’t go to the adoption agency. For example my sims went from mother and son to Auntie and Nephew. This has happened on PC even with Mods and CC removed and I have almost every DLC apart from •Journey to Batuu •Realm of Magic •Dine Out •Sweet Allure Kit •Refined Living Room •Secret Sanctuary Kit •Cozy Bistro Kit •Castle Estate Kit •Moden Menswear Kit •Fashion Street Kit •Bust The Dust Kit Country Kitchen Kit Hope this can be fixed
