[S] Scouts Badge Progress UI missing text

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing ?
• Since there's currently no time limited event going on, did you mean to pick scenario ? Does it occur only with a specific scenario active ?

It seems the after school activity for scouts is completely broken.

I have not played around with it for probably a couple of years so I really do not know when this issue started.

Game version:  1.115.216.1030
Platform: PC

Mods: None during this test. Decided to try with a completely fresh save as well.

The issue:

When you click the scouts board you get a weird UI with no progressions at all and also a UI Exception.

It seems I can not edit my OG post, and the UI Exception wasnt added correctly, so adding it in quotes instead.

For me the issue started after this latest patch. Was working fine yesterday before patch update. I’ve got MCCC and better exceptions installed, no other mods. 

I am having this issue as well after the most recent update. I have mods, but I removed them to test.

I'm having the same issue with the scouts. I'm on PC, Windows 11. I tested it out with no mods or CC installed, in a fresh save. I was not playing any scenarios, just opened a new game with a new household and had my child sim join the scouts.

Edit to add: Before I realized it was broken, I opened my main save and sent my child sim to look for frogs, as I was working on that badge before the update. Normally when you find a frog, a translucent badge picture appears above the child sim's head for a couple of seconds and it makes a sound as the count goes up, but this time neither happened.

I'm having this issue too, on a Windows 11 PC launched through the EA App. I originally noticed it in my modded save after yesterday's patch, but I tested it in a fresh save with no mods or cc installed and it persisted there.

I have been having this problem since updating the game with the same screenshot you are showing. Before the update I was able to check badge progress successfully via the scouting board and the Sim themselves.
