Cheat bar stretched

Packs I have Installed: All EPs GPs, vintage glamour, goth galore, luxury party, bust the dust, nifty knitting, paranormal, toddler stuff, my first pet stuff, grunge revival, cozy gamer, backyard stuff, and throwback fits. and I am running the latest version 

today I opened the cheats bar and when I look at the cheat bar it looked stretched and is this intended? since I know with the new update, notifications had shading added, but i know the cheat bar does not have shading. I know its not my files for the game since this was added for me from the new update.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without if you do.

    oh yeah sorry forgot to say I tested it without mods and for me it still looks weird, sorry.

    Could you upload your pic again ? Somehow the forum decided to remove it (or at least I can't see it anymore)

    Mine actually looks similar.  Could be intentional, don't know.

    I’m having the same problem. I do have mods in my game, but I already tested it without them, and the bug still persists. I’ve cleared the cache and reinstalled the game, but nothing fixed it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    Mines looks exactly like this. My cheats suddenly don't work either. I won't get a notification that the cheat i have put in works.

    I have the same issue as well as a UI issue going to high school still. All other UI is fine. Have tried no mods, no cc, new save file, repairing game, etc.

    I thought it was related to the UI mods I use, but I tested in a fresh save with the game repaired + all mods removed and it looks like this:
