[LD] [EBN] Reaper: 'Manipulate Object' not counting to repair objects

Sometimes while playing the reaper career, stuff breaks. The scrying pool, or the nether portal specifically. There will be a job task to repair them. Spellcasters gain credit when casting repairio, but fairies do not gain credit when using manipulate object-set to not broken. They gotta do it by hand.
