Unopened Pack causing game crash.
Hello, I made a CHEL Week Defence Collector's pack in the last CHEL Week event. It is in my unopened packs Inbox. Every time I try and open it, the game crashes with an error code. I have had several chats with EA Help with no fix. I have cleared the PS5 cache. Is there anyone who can send the card to my inbox or simply remove the pack from my Inbox?
Something is seriously wrong with upgrading finish line player
An update on my finish line debacle I traded 3 91 overall players in finish line for a 93 overall but I did receive!!! However, the 93 disappeared out of my lineup without warning, my 91 Tampa player is still gone, but they returned two of my defenseman. I used in the exchange, but now they’re bonded. Not only that I lose my Tampa player, I received back my players, but I can no longer trade them or use them, and I lost my $10,000 this morning that I used to buy team players to build up to my team!!! What an absolute disgrace this is!!! Can someone tell me what’s going on? I have shut off my PlayStation. I have done all this, but clearly something is up because why do they return my players back bonding now, while keeping one of my players!!! This doesn’t make a bit of sense Have video of all this event
Game crash
Hey guys I am in the process of finalizing my team,but it's similar to the season one issue. I have my upgrade tokens and apply then to the player. I confirmed the upgrade and the the game kicks me to the menu. Not hut menu. And I can't get this 92 xp player to his full potential. It's pretty frustrating. Asking for a friend here . Thanks
Easter Egg cards missing
I completed the NHL 26 (XBOX Series X) easter egg challenges/ sets and received the 93 Michal Pivonka & Pat Flatley cards. I was going to use these cards to complete TOTS sets but they have vanished from my account. I have raised this with EA chat about 5 times and they all confirm that the cards are in my account but I can't see them or use them. I have followed all of there advice from rebooting and unplugging etc. but still no joy. TOTS is running out so I need these cards. Please can someone help?😧Game feels more responsive in Wildcard than Ranked/Champions despite higher ping
Hey everyone, I wanted to bring this up and see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing in NHL 26. I’ve been playing both Wildcard (Threes) and Ranked/Champions, and there’s a very noticeable difference in how the game feels: In Wildcard, I usually have around 48–50 ms ping In Ranked/Champions, it drops to about 38–40 ms So in theory, Ranked should feel better… but in practice, it’s the opposite. In Wildcard, the game feels fast, smooth, very responsive... but in Ranked/Champions it feels heavy with a very noticeable input delay... overall less responsive The difference is big enough to affect the player control, the shooting timing and for defense (poke checks often feel late, etc.) Possible reasons? Is anyone else experiencing this? Right now it just feels very counterintuitive: better ping, worse gameplay feel. FYI: Im playing on Playstation 5. Thanks in advance!
Missing Easter Collectible
I have completed the hidden sets in XP season 1, cup chase season 3, and customization exchange, as well as the grudge match, season 2, and pwhl moments, and claimed both hidden objectives. however I am still missing a collectible when i go to fill out the sets. Can someone take a look at my account? Would really like to be able to get my rewards for participating
