The more the merrier
Okay, clearly this game was released before it was ready. Among such a loooong list of bugs that seem to be sitting on the back burner for HUT and CHEL updates is the stamina system. It is CRAZY. There’s no possible way to stay in peak health, or anything above “tired” with a whopping 5 energy points per week, when up to 3 games are played per week. On top of that, zero stamina is recovered on days off. Back to back hockey games during a season mean a long break. Most of which is spent doing video prep and light skating work to recover. These teams are like health regeneration machines these days. They have literal teams of health advisors, equipment, and nutritionists to mitigate muscle and joint fatigue. They give players games off during the season to recover. They even scratch some of the boys in the last stretch of the season if the team is holding a playoff spot. Also, while it’s nice that the perks are on a payment system, why can’t I spend my money freely? I’ve got all this money from my trash rookie (#1 overall pick but less than some other rookies in the league) contract just building up because I have to wait a month to use my allowance. Does EA not have athlete advisors for the development of these games?Hello EA team,
First of all, thanks for the work you’ve put into NHL 26 so far. The new features are appreciated, but there are a few things that could really improve both realism and player experience. 1. Quick Release Animation Right now, every player with the Quick Release X-Factor uses the same “drag wrist” animation. This looks unrealistic because in real life players have very different shot styles. Please consider either removing the forced animation and simply boosting the release speed of the player’s existing shot, or adding signature wrist/snap shot styles, just like you already have multiple slap shot and one-timer styles. This would keep player identity intact and add more authenticity 2. Helmet Visuals Through the ventilation holes on helmets, you can currently see the player’s skin. In real life, helmets have foam padding and you would never see bare skin through those openings. It looks cheap and breaks immersion. A simple dark padding texture inside the helmet would fix this and make the models look far more realistic. 3. Be A Pro Options Add a Shot/Pass Bias setting in Be A Pro. Some players naturally prefer to shoot more, others to pass – it would be great to reflect that in gameplay. Allow players to change stick color. Small detail, but it adds personalization and fun to Be A Pro and EASHL.Patch 1 release update
When is the possible release date of patch 1? I noticed there a few arenas that are missing their names on the ice, the passing icon is not toggled and we still don’t have an option to make the “Full Pressure” red boards optional for our visual settings. Is there a potential date as to when this could happen? Thank youSolvedPlease fix EASHL WOC
W.O.C. is a bit of a mess, isn’t it? First off, it’s super tough for a team of two players, especially one of them being a goalie, to find a game against another team with a real goaltender. It feels like we’re searching for ages—almost 7 to 8 times—before we even have a glimmer of hope of finding a game. We really need options like “match my room size” and “match my goaltender.” like in NHL 23, the search was way easier. Second, the gameplay is a bit wonky when playing against other people in the game mode of W.O.C. the AI defense just doesn’t block or even try to stay back to block anything. All the players do is speed, pass defense, get a breakaway, and score the easiest goal ever! I’ve seen players breeze past my own defense and do the simplest move, stick left, then right, and score a goal where the AI goalie is flat on his stomach—it’s just ridiculous! WOC has become a toxic environment, undermining its potential as a game mode. The primary issue lies with players who disregard the intended gameplay mechanics, resulting in an unplayable experience. EA’s decision to enable unrealistic character speed and ineffective AI goaltenders & Defenseman further exacerbates the problem. Fix your game!Closed nhl25 store before season is done.
We have paid for product (nhl points we can’t use) because you’ve closed the store prematurely. This is ridiculous and leads me to not purchase 26. can I then presume you will transfer our nhl points to 26 because I sincerely doubt it. open the store with Chel items and nhl point items. The new game isn’t even fully released yetTitle: Be A Pro X-Factor packages are not balanced across archetypes
Hello, I noticed that in NHL 26 Be A Pro mode the X-Factor packages for most archetypes are not balanced or set up correctly. Two-Way Forward does not have Quick Pick, which should be a core defensive ability. Power Forward also has a very limited and poorly chosen set of X-Factors.In fact, almost every archetype has a very poor and restricted selection of X-Factors — except for Sniper, which has a much more diverse and useful set. PS: The Quick Release shooting style also feels unrealistic — almost every player shoots like Bedard, which takes away from the uniqueness of different archetypes and real player styles. Thank you.Be a Pro mode
Hei EA-tiimi, Olen huomannut kaksi ongelmaa NHL 26 -pelissä Be A Pro -tilassa: Pelin liukusäätimet (luistelu, lyöminen jne.) eivät tallennu kunnolla. Be A Pro -kokemusta parantaisi huomattavasti, jos peli tallentaisi nämä asetukset pysyvästi eikä kysyisi toistuvasti tilatyyliä. Kiitos, että tutkit tätä – uskon, että monet pelaajat arvostaisivat korjausta.Solved
