"Earned Ranked Ladder Champion 3 times in 1 Ranked Split" progress reset

I had earned ranked ladder champion for the first ladder of the split and the progress showed 1 of 3 but when the second ladder of the split started my progress was reset and upon completion and earning Ranked ladder champion again it went back up to 1 out of 3. Is this just like a graphical bug or am I out of luck?

I have a similar problem but I earned ladder champion all three times and my progress showed completed and I didn't get the dive trail. When I checked the next morning the progress bar reverted to 2/3.
