Broken pack descriptors
When the Cyber Monday packs dropped they were initially that mess of characters but no actual info... Stupidly I purchase the 112k coin one thinking at worst it was some UT 84+ cards I could exchange. Of course it was 5 useless BND cards. And support said they would not refund the coins despite the issue being their broken info on release. 112k in game coins... And it ensured not one more $ of real money will be spent by meMissing Champs Collectibles from Nov 19-23
Hi there, I reached out to the EA help line a few times about not being able to collect the previous weeks champs rewards. I never got the prompt to claim and the advisors there kept telling me to wait, but I know they expire after 7 days or so. Is there anyway a manager in here is able to look into the weekend before the last one and see if there is a way to get the collectibles? I would appreciate any help. I am pissed. I can’t play more than one period of a game without it crashing and every player is just stuck on the ice and then the game ends after someone quits. I would like to play my game and I **bleep** can’t. Seems to be an issue in world of CHEL clubs 3V3 and 6V6. I didn’t have this issue with the game three weeks ago and all of a sudden it happens after every game. I literally cannot play a single game.Don’t have an option to open ea connect anywhere
I’m on Xbox and I can’t open ea connect I don’t have an option even, I googled what button in the controller and nothing happens, I’m so sick of these games never working I bought it so I could play with my brother but I can’t even do that. Anyone know a fix for this ?
