once they get your money... that's it, no refunds, even if you don't get what you paid for--they claim it's impossible to send money back. Any digital make-good (effectively costs them nothing), is up to their own discretion--we should be so lucky.
it's a standard stall tactic. your session is already tied to your account with your name and email, and they already have records of your transaction and your current inventory which shows you did not receive what you paid for. just like the response here implies and as they've done with previous make-goods... they will send it to everyone who purchased it when 'able'--like others have asserted, its cheapest and easiest for them to wait for the sale to end, then do it all at once for all purchases.
CG_Meathead So it's been a week. Are we going to get our TW omicrons before TW or what? A timeline would be nice, to many "when we get to it" make goods lingering in the void
So with the second TW starting since this issue was noticed are we going to receive something more than our missing 40 omicrons for it being so delayed?
