Capital Games TeamLosing my gac round, and the chance to play for 1st position. I don't want crystals,I want to play chance for 1st. Not to mention idiots think they've won. Might be the last drop for me if this is not fixed within the 35 minutes remaining. I'll quit the game and make sure I spread the word. This is ridiculous. Even the automated ea help in game is incorrect, with a link to an outdated post, 31 days ago with the same issue. No cg employee cares
There wasn't one. They also don't give recompense if your buttons go missing, which happened to me. Pretty much any bug that is negative for players, gives about a 2% chance of us getting recompense for it.
Really upset. Not only you did not reverse the result and my opponent won, but you had the audacity to message that you will look into it on Monday. After the 3rd round of gac ends I guess? And through all of this for hours, changing 3 different people messaging in the chat from India. Horrible coding, horrible updates, horrible customer service. But when it's time to charge my credit card for every game pack, it never fails. Shame on you.
There was a mystery 250 crystal make-good that went out, but without any comment about it. I guess it was for the last clusterf--k, but if they can't even be bothered to say "here you go" I have zero hope that they will every actually investigate and correct the cause of the problem. Obviously it goes deeper than they thought for it to reappear.

250 crystals is nothing. I lost 850 because the win went to my opponent, plus the chance to play for 1st spot. Gac being the only substantial income of crystals for me, this issue and the way they troubleshoot it is pure garbage. After 9 years playing this game, I'll see how the new raid is and 95% I'm quitting. Not worth the money, or the time. Plenty of games out there that will entertain more and cost less
I agree I lost four twenty dollar purchases of Krystal’s for SWGOH I reached out to EA no reply multiple times.
