We are aware there are a couple bundles that are resulting in a failed purchase and giving crystals instead of the goods of the bundle.
We have removed those bundles from the store.
Once we figure out the issue, the people who had failed purchases will have the bundle sent to their account.

How do you know what people bought a bundle?
That one with all the energy and other stuff (Large Galactic Upgrade Kit 2? a good deal) has hit me with crystals before (I see it was one that got removed) probably around May last year, and I was just told "sorry, you bought one within the last month, disqualifying you from buying another.".... It was long enough ago that I can't remember, but I think it was like 30 days later...
There's also a couple of bugs ive noticed.
in the Raid Lord Vader loses stacks of execute even when the clones MISS their target due to being blinded making Quiggold's blind aoe mostly useless (he doesnt take damage but it still somehow counts as a crit so LV still loses stacks of Execute)
and in Conquest if all allies assist(booming Voice) when Cere uses Determined Assault atleast one character will freeze in place about halfway on their way back after attacking making you time out and waste energy. this might only happen when using the Perseverance disk(when allies attack out of turn they attack again) but im pretty sure its happened to me atleast once since removing that disk.
are you going to address these issues? I doubt it as fixing them would not net you more money. But you will go through with Relic Delta which a VAST MAJORITY of the community has practically begged you not to do. I usually try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but Its pretty hard to look at this and say CG cares about its players.
How about the bundle that promised 5 items and only gave me 3?

How about you send the make-good bundle first, get the people what they purchased, THEN figure out how you screwed this up. If these people have to wait until you "figure out the issue", they'll never get what they're entitled to.
What about two months ago when I bought the inquisitor lightspeed bundle and didn't receive it, but got crystals instead? I reached out over and over and didn't hear anything. Trash company.
This! Payment/bug issues happen to every company, but if you want the people willing to spend money on stuff like this to KEEP spending money, you have to do right by us. Still waiting on response for the Galactic Bundle bug
