Known Issue: 2 Packages In Store giving Crystals

Didn't see this before buying the $5 pack, under the impression I could buy the $10 pack as well for increased value. Is there compensation for that too?

Just purchased thru webstore, but only got crystals, and the 2nd pack isnt there to purchase. :(

the big question is, is it that hard to test this stuff? or are we the testers

CG_Meatheadin-app support already replied back prompty me to request a refund to Apple directly stating there is nothing to do. Is that the right thing to do?

I honestly have doubts cause they don’t care at all about the player experience and I wanted my data signal materials.

Any plans for some kind of makegood? In game customer support just lied and stated the crystals were intended to be sent since it was a “duplicate purchase” which is not the case for many players.

Still no resolution for myself either.

That is your response CG?? You will not give me the signal date I paid for? I don’t need the gems! They don’t add up to the value amount of signal date I was buying!

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. As mentioned in the description, the purchase limit of Signal data bundle is 1. If you exceed the limit, the game will compensate with the crystals. this is working as intended.
 
I bought the $9:99 pack first because it was available to purchase. It gave me crystals. Then I bought the $4:99 pack because it said I could get the signal date from the second pack if I bought the first one. After I bought the $9:99 pack again and it still gave me crystals again. No signal date from the $9:99 packs! No CG, it is not working as intended! 

If this is how you treat your player base that support you, this will be my last purchase. You can **bleep** off!

I bought 2 of the data signal packages and we are still waiting for the data signal rewards we paid for.  3 days to solve a simple problem.  Just send the players what they paid for
