Investigating Game Launch & Save File Issues

4. happened on the first new save on a new laptop(with tranferred saves), hasnt happened on the second one with the same sims but i sent them to uni the first time and didnt the second time and it crashed at uni when i went to manage worlds.

6. did not uninstall/reinstall because it took 2 days to install the first time, but repairing did not fix.

Does the game launch at all?  yes
If yes, does the game endlessly load?  it can happen, but not every time ; i usually notice the corruption when i get an error message when trying to load a lot, or when some lots revert back to the default

Does this happen on new saves as well? I don't know, but every existing save is eventually affected
Do you use mods? yes, they're all up to date, i use mods and cc since the Sims 1 so i know how to use them

Usually the corruption happens when the neighborhood stories make Sims automatically move in rental lots, or when i make my Sims move in a rental. I like neighborhood stories, and i like rentals, but those features are virtually impossible to use at the moment.

2. Things are loading except for graphic glitches on several sims being black. Also my baby sim has a cloud that wont go away.

4. I have never used any addons or mods. I have tried reinstalling the game several times and refreshing license. Fixing and clearing cache.  Still same.

I play on PS5 and this issue started with patch 2.13 and i havent been able to play for months because of frequent crashes with code CE-108255-1. Everytime i try to travel or save my game this crashes my game making it unplayable. I have reached out for help for months aswell but nothing is being done to make my game playable. Considering i payed alot you can imagine how angry i am not being able to play.  I talked to Sony support and they helped me look through my PS5 and they confirm its caused by corrupt data from your end. I once again reach out for help to fix this.

1) My game launches.

2) Some of my sims have disappeared. More importantly, since February 2025, the game crashes every time I save.
Error code: CE-108255-1

3) This happens for all saves. With new ones too.

4) I don't use mods.

5) The problem persists after the console has been repaired.

Yes and I'm still having issues even after disabling and removing mods

My main issue is in case when I edit sims in cas the face glitches in and out whenever I try editing the face regardless of new save or not and idk what to do.

Hey there, got a OneDrive folder for you guys with the most recent save file I used to test if it was just only one corrupt one (sadly not).
