Hello, I haven’t played a soccer game since probably 2019. I just bought FC26 to play with my friends and when I login it says I’m PERMANENTLY banned? I literally haven’t played in years and I don’t get it. It says in my ban history I was permanently banned twice. These face scans are a joke, we get like 3 added every 2 weeks and it’s always the ones no one asks for, even modders, e football and UFL have more face scans then this and they don’t charge you £70!!! On 4/6, I received an email notification that my account had been banned for 28 days, claiming that I had illegally profited from the game. I was shocked. I have been playing EA football games for many years, and I know exactly what can and cannot be done. I have been manually completing the game, never borrowing high technology, and treating every game player fairly and justly. I think you have mistakenly banned my account. Hello, I am posting here because I am stuck in a complete dead-end with EA Help. My account (gks******[edit: email address removed]) was banned on March 27th immediately after I purchased FC 26, without any activity or reason. Here is the nightmare I am facing: Broken Appeal System: I keep getting a "Case creation failed" error on my main account. I cannot even submit a formal appeal. Account Locked from Support: It seems my entire account is blocked from accessing 1:1 support. I had to use a friend's account just to reach a live chat advisor. Invalid Case ID: During that chat, I was given Case ID #829481451. However, I have now discovered that this Case ID does not even exist in your system, and I have received zero confirmation emails. I am effectively locked out of both my game and the support system meant to fix it. This is incredibly frustrating as a paying customer who just wants to play FC 26. Can a Community Manager please look into this technical glitch and manually escalate my situation to the Terms of Service (ToS) team? I need a human to review my account since the automated systems are completely failing me. Gauntlet Glitch Disconnects
I am unable to complete my 4th game of gauntlet. All other game modes work fine. I am on xbox series X, i have tried many things: deleted all squads, deleted locally saved data but every time I complete the 4th game an error pops up kicking me out of UT. I have found that the players I used in the 1st game of gauntlet do not have a red circle against them looking like they are available for the 4th game. So it looks like something like a glitch has occurred and when the game completes something doesnt sync right and kicks me out. I have tried playing with all bronzes, silvers etc on the last game but I still get kicked out. I love this game mode. The rewards for it are good too but i am missing out. I have been playing your football games for 20 years. For the past few years, I have been spending my free time playing Ultimate Team. Rivals, Champions, SBCs, events, missions, etc. Like every player, I try to be competitive by having good cards. To do this, I follow market prices in the transfer market, buy players at below-average prices, and sell them at market price to earn tokens. I know this is not against the rules. However, my access to the transfer market has been blocked on the grounds that I participated in token distribution. I have never bought or sold any player for significantly less than their value. I was also trying to have fun using the Companion application. I have examined the situations you describe as token distribution. It is quite clear that transactions were made from other accounts in a way that disrupted competition. However, I did not engage in any of the situations you describe as token distribution, and there was no need for it anyway. If you examine my account activity, daily movements, application usage, the players I bought and sold, and how and at what prices I bought them, it will be clear that an error was made. I kindly request that you lift my transfer market ban without delay. Otherwise, I will not be able to compete.
