Manuel driver transfers for career mode / custom grids
Hi Codemasters and EA F1 Team, I’d like to suggest a feature that many fans have been waiting for: **Manual driver transfers** before starting a Career Mode or Custom Championship in F1 25. This would allow players to: - Create their own fantasy grid (e.g., Hamilton at Red Bull, Alonso back at Ferrari) - Simulate future seasons or real-life rumors - Make their own driver line-ups without being limited to the official grid This is something players have wanted for a long time—especially in offline modes, where balance and fairness are not a concern. Games like NBA 2K already allow full roster customization and sharing on both console and PC. Adding this feature to F1 25 would boost immersion, creativity, and replay value massively. Even if it’s not for online use, having it available in Career Mode or Custom Season would be a **game-changer**. Please consider it for F1 25 or future titles. In 2 player career mode, how will the game decide which player will be on the left and the right side inside the box? I know it's a strange question. Beacuse for example Bottas is on the left, Zhou on the right. But if me and my friend take on Sauber it seems, me the host is on the right even tho I chose Zhou to be my driver partner before my friend joined. And if I chose Zhou I should be on left in Bottas's place but my frined joins and he's on the left. So how can I be on the left?Wet Time Trial & 1 Championship
Hi, Recently started F1 24 and enjoying it, just a couple of questions - Am I right in thinking there is no time trial in wet conditions? If so, how can you practice for the race if it is in wet conditions? Also, can you only save 1 x championship at a time, so you cant even play a one off GP to practice in wet say, as it overwrites your current championship and you would lose your current standings. Is there somewhere to go to to play a one off GP race? thanks for help in advance.F1 Time trials API

I'm working on a Discord Project where people can submit their lap times to generate rankings within the server. Currently every lap is manually checked and verified, which is very time-consuming. I'm interested in finding an API or any method to automatically retrieve these lap times, eliminating the need for human verification. Any ideas or informations would be greatly appreciated ! We're running our championship on the EA SPORTS F1 games and we're currently few races away from ending our 4th ever season in this league's existence. Career mode does not have a menu
It seems like F1 career mode is supposed to have some kind of menu in between races where you can upgrade the car and see team offers and such, however my game does not have anything like this and instead goes from the end of one race straight to the qualifying of the next. I am currently in F2 and would like to figure this out to move up to F1.Game a bit too realistic
I’m driving for rb with Daniel riccardo. He has a perfect race always but when I drive it’s horrible. Just drove Japan in my driver career and I’m sitting p4 starting in p9 so I’ve made 5 places. Decided to pit late cause they said there was gonna be rain and to wait it out until the rain starts to put me on hards. I pit and they have trouble with the left rear tyre. Nothing too bad come out 16th. 2 laps later the rain is still going and they say “mate it might be good to come back to the pits and put on intermediates” so I wait for everyone else to and then pit. I’m p2 when I go into the pits and I come out with a good stop. I come out p17 and start racing again but i realise the grip is horrible so I look. I’m on mediums. They tell me to pit again and put on intermediates, the person behind me is 40 seconds behind, so I do. They then proceed to do a 12 second pit stop cause they couldn’t get the tyres on and I come out 19th. At this point 19th is last. And you’ll never guess. They put on soft tyres. I finish the race dead last and without my front or rear wings and a tyre on its last legs due to no grippiness. I realize you want to help us make the game realistic but come on ea!!!
Racenet not updating race results
I just competed in our first race of the season last night, managed through Racenet. The app and website show the first race as “In Progress” even though it ended last night. As a result of this glitch, none of the race results or standings are showing. Is there a solution for this error? Will this race close when our next one starts?Is there a manual for F124?
I'm having a problem with the difficulty setting tile disappearing, and perhaps it's not a bug, it's something else that I don't know because I'm new to the game. So I thought I would look for the manual or any help pages. I couldn't find a manual, and the help online is a joke because even after searching and clicking specifically on F124, I get a bunch of articles that have nothing to do with the game itself but instead with account issues: I love the "I need to report a real-life threat". I can imagine the user complaining "Maaaaan, that Verstappen **bleep** threw his car on me, then Stroll ran all over me!!! I almost died!!!" So seriously, is there a manual or real help to learn not about F1 but the game itself, like the settings and career modes, etc?HTC Vive Cosmos Elite
I have no idea why but my HTC Vive Cosmos Elite cannot run on F124. It will play it fine for about 10 seconds then it will just start to stutter so bad. The latency for the headset just climbs and it will play about 1 FPS and is unplayable PC Spec : i9 14900K 32GB RAM RTX 4070Ti.
On Track Markers
Recently I've been noticing that when I do track acclimatisasion, the blue markers that show where you're supposed to go aren't appearing. The same goes for formation laps when you have to park, the blue box that shows you when to stop isn't there. I've looked through all settings and tried to look for a tutorial but i cant seem to find anything so if you're reading this please help me. Thank You.Why do we have to put up with pushy ads on launch?
I'm so fed up with this. I love F124, I have used it dozens of hours so far, it even got me hooked up on real Formula 1. But I'm beyond fed up with seeing this thing every time I open it: I'm never going to get EA Play. The only time I had it was because I was doing a trial of Game Pass and it seemed to be included. I cancelled the trial and bought a few games, among them F124, which is the one I use the most. But if I had no intention of getting EA Play before, this overly pushy, blatantly annoying slide in every time I open the game, convinced to never ever never get it even if I lived 400 years and EA was a company during that whole time, because it annoys me to have this thing try to push me to buy a subscription. I doubt I'm the only one pissed off by this relentless push to try me to get EA Play. As for the new item in the everannoying slide-in, F1 25, I saw it on the news yesterday, and I just ordered the iconic loyalty edition. So this **bleep** pushy ad will not get me to order F1 25 either. The marketing heads at EA should realize that excessive and pushy advertising gets people annoyed and far less willing to buy what you're selling. So please stop pestering us with this.
