Can’t access Live Chat for EA SPORTS FC 24 from Japan
Hi EA Support Team, I’m trying to reach the Live Chat support for EA SPORTS FC 24 but all the provided contact URLs result in a 404 error or redirect me to the Japanese help page without the platform selection screen. Could you please assist in providing a direct way to access Live Chat or let me know how to resolve this issue? Thank you!
EA Anticheat problem
I recently bought another computer, where I installed the EA app and downloaded EA FC24. After installation, the game didn’t start because it showed the following error: 'EA AntiCheat Service encountered an error.' What is the reason for this? On the new computer I logged in while I was logged out on my old one, so I was only active on one device at a time. What is the reason I can’t play the game on two different computers, even though I’m only active on one of them? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but unfortunately it didn’t help. The drivers are fine and everything is updated. I’ve attached the error message that appears when launching the game. Could it be that the problem is that Windows was activated in Legacy mode instead of UEFI mode? On my current PC, Windows is installed in UEFI mode and I can play FC24, but yesterday I downloaded Battlefield Redsec and it won’t start, also due to Anti-Cheat issues. It really doesn't make sense how we have to spend more than 1250 shard for the final exchange to get 113 Beckham while you can just get it for 1250 in the gallery we're doing all this extra work just to overpay for this bs. I have already done the 4th exchange and requesting ea to reduce the number of shards from 1100 to 500 for the final exchange or give me the shard which i already paid forChanging tactic in the game
When I change tactic in fc 24 seasons, it's difficult to understand the logic in the game. If I am going from a balance style to a more attacking style ea change half of my teams players positions. My forward players change position with defender players, and the minute ea give me is far from enough to change my players back to their main positions. Why?Cannot enter FC24 Clubs
"Something went wrong! Data for this Season cannot be retrieved right now. Try again at a later time" is the message that keeps appearing and denying everyone access to fc24 clubs. It has been this way since the season ended yesterday. Please fix this issue EA, as of right now, no one can play fc24 clubs

Olá, gostaria de saber se é permitido a instalação de mods no EAFC 24. Desde já, quero deixar claro que detesto o modo Ultimate Team e gosto apenas de jogar o modo offline. O modo criar um clube do jogo não deixa você personalizar praticamente nada. Gostaria de saber se no modo offline eu posso instalar mods. Se levar em consideração que no The Sims é permitido, seria ridículo não poder instalar no EAFC24.. mesmo que offline.EA sports manager mode is unrealistic
What garbage you have produced. Why do your players consistently pass ball to the other team regardless of how high their stats are. How much do we have to pay EA sports to make players play normally? Just normal without your rigged EA script. Why do high level ranked up to full goalkeeper's regularly kick the ball to open spaces where there is literally nobody from their own team straight back to the opposition? Just sooo unrealistic, such low level programming for a game that claims to be realistic. You can tell when it starts happening, it is obvious its not hard to spot. Your team, regardless of what you do, will just suddenly start passing to the other team, goalkeeper kicks straight to the other team, your team start shooting shots that you know have no chance whatsoever, no matter what your defense does your ball will wind up with the other team.. when EA sports doesn't feel you have paid enough ... you watch the weird stuff your team starts to do ... these are all high level ranked and trained. It is just weird and literally unbelievable!!! I can't imagine any professional player would keep their position if they kept just literally giving the ball to other players. Just let us know upfront how much you expect us to pay so we can enjoy the game without the scriptes nonsense?I won a game on fut champs it didn’t count
I have played 3 fut champs game, I had won 2 lost 1 yet it still says 1-1. To prove this I on recently met I have 3 people which all says from UT CHAMPIONS clearly I have played 3 games. After submitting the hero sbc 3 of my players were gone out my club; Rudiger, Hincapie and Ter Stegen. These were my ONLY tradeble players. I did not submit them into any SBC as I know what I’m doing and I didn’t see them as a concept card as usual after you submitted a player of your squad into a sbc. Also, I’ve seen several players which I’ve submitted into the sbc as concept players to discard. Please fix this EA!!!!
Request to remove Wine is not supported for FC games when reach End of life
Hi there, I am a Linux player and I have a general request for all FC games and all other games which currently does not run on Linux for one reason or another. I would like to request when a game, like FC 23, reaches an end of life to remove the anti cheat software and Wine is not supported messages. I would like to enjoy the game on Linux after the servers are shutdown like I enjoy FIFA 21 at the moment. Hi everyone, I bought EA Sports FC24 on Steam a few months ago. I only opened the game once to test it, then uninstalled it. Recently I reinstalled the game, but when I launched it, the game automatically connected to an EA account that is not mine. Now I cannot access the game with my own EA account. I have contacted EA Support but have not received a response yet. Has anyone experienced this? Is there any way to unlink the wrong EA account from my Steam account and link it to my personal EA account? Thank you.What happens?
Today its my first day in FC26 and... What happens? The gameplay its horrible, you only have to improve the velocity and precision about all but now look Indont know like UFL that its very far from you about gameplay. But the impact for me was the quality of the graphics, looks very bad... FC25 its much better. I think you need to change your graphics motor, its the time. I'm very surprise about that, Inwas thinking that now you will be the unique football game but I think that ufl its the same but better graphics and free and I feel the necessity to back to efootball, better gameplay and graphics almost the same... I defend a lot this game in the past because for me the gameplay was really good, the inicial FC25 was The best game of my life with PES21. I'm very surprised.
