I've been falsely banned on EAFC 25 due to alleged cheating.
Hi everyone, I would like to start off by explaining the situation I'm in. About a month ago, I've received an email saying that I've been banned on EAFC 25 due to alleged cheating. I've since been applying for appeal to lift my ban, however to no avail I was rejected from time to time for 10 times. After the 2nd attempt, I've only been receiving the same automated rejection letter which indicates that they did not review my account accordingly. To clarify, I don't believe that my level of gameplay was that of a cheater's nor did I install any third party software. If my gameplay was reviewed, it would be evident that no cheats have been used. It is in my principles that I always play the games fair and square according to the rules and guidelines stated in order to create a friendlier environment for the community. Is there any way to reach out to an EA admin to discuss this issue with? If it is your kindest intention, please do let me know. I have had several times now that after playing an entire game of Champions and winning, my connection is disconnected, causing me to lose. I have video evidence of it from multiple times. Don't come up with the idea that it is my WiFi because that is not the case. I have been playing with an internet cable for more than 10 years and have never had a problem with connection loss. Hello. I bought FIFA 25 on Steam yesterday, then the next day I entered the game at night, after playing for 2 hours, the game suddenly froze in Division Rivals and it said that it could not connect to EA servers and kicked me out of the game. Then I checked and saw that my account was banned. I could not understand why because I did not use cheats, maybe my internet was cut off momentarily. Please help, I did not use any cheat-like applications. I had FIFA 24 on my old account and that account was stolen. I tried to send codes to my email repeatedly because I forgot my email address. If you ask how you entered the EA account, it opened by itself because it was an account associated with Steam. Hi, i recently bought fc24 through steam. I tried linking the game through the connections tab. However, it was already linked to an unknown email address. Login locations was scattered around the world. I'm from Malaysia. Plus, i tried unlinking the steam account but tab showed no linked accounts for steam.
