Help!
Every time I try to load into a head 2 head it kicks me and says the server can’t process the request. I’ve restarted my game multiple times I checked my internet connection. Im confused because I claimed them last night after I got off the stream, I got home from work today and checked my Madden account and nothing was on there. I went and checked twitch and (the pic i took) i saw that it says i “didnt claim it”. Has anyone else have this problem too? Short and sweet. I recently got falsely permanently banned from the game. EA help takes way too long to deal with situations like this and now I'm missing the most exciting MUT promotion so far. I am sure others may be having the same problem. I didn't even load up the game the day I got banned nor did the intention of cheating even cross my mind. I am a college student who plays Madden purely for fun in my free time and now that is taken away from me, and I would like some help? Here we are coming up on 2 weeks past the release of the mut ranked rewards. Working our way to receive some of the highest rewards yet I have yet to receive them. I have posted many discussions trying to find an answer but yet none is provided. This is insane, we all grinded and followed the rules and yet EA finds a way to screw the common man. You are avoiding any discussion and yet to provide us with any update. So 1st I need to know why every time I create a new player it makes him look skinny instead of the standard body type.2nd when I try to celebrate run in online matches it pops up this weel or circle and when my friend does it no weel shows up and I'm confused about if it's the settings or etc.3rd there is a lot of bugs on franchise mode when I put an custom roster in the game the dev traits is a issue ex.jamir Gibbs or James Cook have a superstar dev in the roster when I play quick play but when I play in franchise they end up a star dev.4th and some of the players or customized players I made turn into this white man and I can't change it,then we got drake London looking the skinnyist he can but in quick play he has the standard arms in quick play and the same for superstar his arms look so skinny and same for my customized players before that bug were when you create a player there skinny they were a standard arm but when I import them into franchise mode they have skinny arms.5th, lastly there is a bug that when a breakout happens with one player and their dev upgrades to a superstar it doesn't fill all the boxes and I'm wondering if the boxes aren't full why do they have a superstar dev but it will make sense for cj because he was a 81 range and only had enough for 2 boxes so if he had x-factor he would have 3 boxes so it will make sense but for Caleb Williams or the other rookies would not make sense.I admire yall a lot so please fix these bugs even though yall are working on madden 26.and also sometimes the madden crashes because I get out of superstar showdown or I reconnect an play ultimate team.
