Help!
Every time I try to load into a head 2 head it kicks me and says the server can’t process the request. I’ve restarted my game multiple times I checked my internet connection. Im confused because I claimed them last night after I got off the stream, I got home from work today and checked my Madden account and nothing was on there. I went and checked twitch and (the pic i took) i saw that it says i “didnt claim it”. Has anyone else have this problem too? Short and sweet. I recently got falsely permanently banned from the game. EA help takes way too long to deal with situations like this and now I'm missing the most exciting MUT promotion so far. I am sure others may be having the same problem. I didn't even load up the game the day I got banned nor did the intention of cheating even cross my mind. I am a college student who plays Madden purely for fun in my free time and now that is taken away from me, and I would like some help? Here we are coming up on 2 weeks past the release of the mut ranked rewards. Working our way to receive some of the highest rewards yet I have yet to receive them. I have posted many discussions trying to find an answer but yet none is provided. This is insane, we all grinded and followed the rules and yet EA finds a way to screw the common man.
