We Paid for the Full Game – Let Us Finish the Trophies
We've supported this game. We’ve invested our time, our effort, and our money into FIFA 23, expecting a complete and fair experience — including the ability to earn all in-game trophies. But here we are, with the “On the way up” trophy now unattainable due to the removal of VOLTA Seasons, and no communication from EA about bringing it back — not even one final season to let players finish what they rightfully started. This isn’t about entitlement. It’s about accountability and respect for the player base. Many of us have held onto hope that EA would do the right thing — that you’d release just one last VOLTA Season before moving on from FIFA 23. A simple gesture that would cost you little but mean everything to a dedicated community. The silence is disappointing. We’re not asking for new content — just the chance to earn what was promised and what’s still listed as part of the game’s official trophy list. Trophies like “On the way up” should not be locked behind discontinued features before the servers are even shut down. We’re not asking for new content or features. We’re asking for basic access to what was part of the game at launch. When trophies become impossible to earn due to content being pulled early, it breaks the trust between developers and players. We deserve better. Please fix this. Add the final VOLTA Season. Give your community a way to finish what they started and preserve the integrity of the game’s trophy list. Hello and regards, First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you and the development team for creating such an engaging game and for your years of effort in producing high-quality games, especially in the sports genre. I often play your games during my free time and truly enjoy the experience — especially when playing with family and friends. Although FC Mobile already performs well, I have a few suggestions that I believe could further enhance the gameplay experience for users: - Controller support: Many popular mobile games such as Call of Duty Mobile and Delta Force now support external controllers. I believe it’s time for FC Mobile to offer this feature as well, bringing a console-like experience to mobile players. This could especially improve competitive modes like H2H or VSA. - Improved refereeing system: Currently, the in-game refereeing accuracy is quite low, which can sometimes negatively affect match outcomes. - More variety in set-pieces: Allowing options such as two players standing over the ball, short passes, or creative free kick executions (like passing between players’ legs) would make set-pieces more dynamic. - Player updates: For example, Sergio Ramos, considering his exceptional career and skill, deserves a better overall rating. Updating players like him would appeal to many fans. - Adding unique skill moves: The absence of signature moves like Cristiano Ronaldo’s stepovers is noticeable. Including such moves could bring more flair to the game. - VAR system: Introducing a VAR system could add realism and reduce incorrect refereeing decisions. - Career Mode: Similar to the console versions, adding a Career Mode to the mobile game would provide deeper and more engaging gameplay. Older FIFA Achievments/Trophies
Since EA shuts down servers for older Fifas like FIFA 17, trophies (PlayStation or Xbox achievements) that are obtained through something online like ultimate team should have a separated section so the platinums are still obtainable for these games even after the servers are shut down.
Deleted all saved games and settings in EA FC 25
Why did all my saved games and settings get deleted out of nowhere?! Are you kidding me? The game has been out for almost a year, and you still haven't been able to fix bugs. Your servers are a big joke. The only thing you're good at is adding pre-orders for EA Sports FC 26 to the splash screen!!! And today I turn on the game and all my progress in the game is deleted? Hello EA Support team , I'm having trouble updating EA SPORTS FC 25 on my PS4 Slim. Every time I try to download the update, I get the error: "Cannot download the update file. (CE-40869-7 / HTTP 504)" I've tried the following steps: 1. Deleting the failed update file from Notifications > Downloads 2. Restarting the PS4 and modem 3. Switching to a mobile hotspot 4. Changing the DNS to Google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) 5. Checking my storage (still 75 GB remaining) 6. Trying to manually check for updates from the game icon 7. Try rebuilding the database in Safe Mode But the result is still the same: the update fails and I can't access the game. I'm using a PS4 Slim, the game is a digital version (downloaded from the PS Store). Please help me update and play again. Thank you in advance 🙏Status update
Dear EA i have officially played my last game of fifa. I want to thank you for all the wonderful years of game scripting, out bursts at the tv and broken controllers 🤪🙄. I bet there is a bunch of nerds sitting in a room somewhere tweaking online gaming to interfere with matches and making a complete mug out of people. So sad to see this happening for years it's just getting boring now. Im not angry just very disappointed that you design a game for the world of football and it's not even a fair game your worse than VAR in reality 😂. How come you don't replay offsides anymore ahahaha. You really should of just kept the game simple by not adding so much to it. The best one ive seen in all the fifa games is when your striker starts running in slow motion like jim carrey in ace ventura. I played a season with my team who look like they where out the night before on the sause its like someone pressed pause on them. You know exactly what im talking about it ain't fair game. Anyway i could go on until the cows come home but let's face it complete gangsters setting games up for more important people yeah that's right you know what im sayin. It’s clear that teams are cheating to gain ranks in fc25 pro clubs. You can clearly see this from their match history where the play the same teams over and over with the same result 3-0. Many of the teams in the top 10 are like this. This is very disappointing for teams who want to compete for a good ranking. Hope these teams are removed and players warned to make the environment more fair and competitive. ThanksMissing Wins in Seasons Mode – FC 24
Dear EA Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a serious issue regarding the Seasons mode in EA Sports FC 24 on PlayStation. I am a professional-level player, and ranking and leaderboard progress are extremely important to me. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced more than 275 matches where my opponents quit (left the match) before the end, and unfortunately, none of these wins have been counted towards my account. This has significantly affected my progress and ranking in the Seasons leaderboard. Unfortunately, I do not have any video evidence or screenshots of these matches, but I assure you this has happened consistently. Given the importance of competitive integrity and fairness, I kindly ask that these missing wins be reviewed and restored to my FC 24 account as soon as possible.
