Can connect to o line services via hotspot but not WiFi as of 2 days ago.
Not sure whats caused this, all other games i have connect as normal on wifi just BF6 doesn’t. ive tried all sorts to rectify this yet nothing works other than hotspot (which is trash). is this being looked into, is it account based whats is it. £60 for a game i cant play its silly at this point.

Word Whomp only downloads 55 percent then I have to wait till a tag pops up, I cannot get anywhere to complain or discuss the issue, I have been a customer like many out there for over 25 years just updated my account but will not renew after it runs out, does anyone know how you get through to these guys,?
Fight Night Champion DLCs are unavailable on the Xbox Marketplace
Fight Night Champion DLCs are unavailable on the Xbox 360 Marketplace. I own the digital base game but the DLCs Legendary Young George Foreman Exclusive and Heavyweight Legends Pack cannot be purchased or downloaded even though the base game is still available. I already contacted EA support and my case was registered and forwarded to the dedicated technical team but the case was closed without any response or resolution. Xbox support confirmed that they do not control DLC availability and that the responsibility lies with EA Games which manages licensing and distribution of additional content on the Marketplace. The Xbox 360 still maintains connection with the Marketplace allowing compatible games to be purchased and downloaded through the download history. No correction is currently available and there are public discussions on Reddit about this issue. I request that the problem be investigated that the DLCs be reactivated or that an alternative way to obtain them be provided and that my case be kept open until a solution is reached.Sims 4 Game Won't Launch
Hey everyone, my Sims4 game won't launch. I've tried everything in the book and also contacted the tech team, but they have been no help. Every time it tries to launch, the ea game library pops back up and it "says" that I'm playing, but the game isn't launching for me. Nothing is working, and I've been having this issue for the last couple of months and I'm getting really frustrated. Someone please help me!EA games shutting down ps5
when are EA going to fix the problem with their games shutting down the ps5? I have followed every possible fix for this and it only happens with EA games! PS5 is clean and well ventilated and I can play any non EA game for as long as I want however if I play EAFC, F1 or Battlefield the game kills the PS5 dead. You pay enough for games, the least you should be able to expect is that you can play it without killing your PS5! Fix it EA!!!
EA FC 26 Keeps Crashing After First Update
Hello EA team, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with EA FC 26. I’ve been unable to play the game properly for two months, even though I paid for the EA Play subscription. Everything worked perfectly before the first update, but since that update, the game keeps crashing constantly — sometimes during matches, sometimes even before they start. Before the update, I played around 20 hours without any issues. After the update, the game became completely unstable. My PC fully meets the system requirements. I have already tried every fix I could find online — verifying game files, reinstalling EA App, updating drivers, clearing cache, disabling overlays — nothing helps. What’s even worse, I keep contacting EA Help through the official website, but it never registers a ticket or connects me to a live chat. It just sends me irrelevant help articles that don’t solve anything. Where is the actual customer service for paying players? It’s been two months of constant crashes and zero proper support. This situation is unacceptable. Please escalate this issue to the technical team and provide a real solution — not another automated response. Thank you.Spore Registration Issue
Hope someone can help here. I have valid cd Keys for spore. I go into the EA app to try to register it. It then comes up with a list of languages, none of which are English. All of them look Asian or another language. I see plenty of posts of how to change the language AFTER you have it registered. I click on one of the languages and I cannot do anything. I double click the language, I try to hit enter, space, anything but nothing lets me move from the screen. I know it's an old game but I had a blast with it before. Any thoughts / fixes? I have all of the DVD's but of course newer computers, especially laptops, typically don't have a player. Thanks!
Anthem - Offline mode instead
Leading off that I understand no longer maintaining Anthem since it isn't the most popular game in the EA library and hasn't received and update in years, but that doesn't mean the entire game should be shut down and made unavailable. Players have paid for the game, have supported it when it had gone back into redevelopment to become a single player RPG (that IMO it should've been to begin with) and still play after that was scrapped. To shut down and completely remove a game people have put money into (especially without refunds) is a worrying and dangerous precedent that the gaming community is facing, and should be pushed back on. If you bought a game you should be able to play it, even if it's old, even if it's not being updated anymore, you paid for it therefor it should be available to play just like any game you bought a disk or cartridge for. With EA's push for live service games and reliance on online servers to play many single player games, something like this shows a worrying future for games like dragon age (DAI's keep being the only way to import the worldstate) and mass effect (why do you have to be online to access the DLC??) and many other EA games. One day those servers will be shuttered for one reason or another, but that shouldn't lock people out of playing the games they love. So all I ask, is please push a final patch that removes the online aspects for Anthem, to make it offline only, remove the lobby, let players go out into the field solo without connecting to the servers, let players who still play continue to do so and retain the option so future players can check out the game even though it's no longer supported.Rip Score points not being rewarded/recorded after finishing daily challenges
After completing a few challenges, I noted that I want bring rewarded at all. Finished half of the challenges, still not being rewarded. I’m rebooted the game and restarted my system in hoping it would be fixed. Doing this did not fix my problem. I finished all the challenges and still no reward given from the daily challenges. other notes are that the games continues to crash randomly. Sisters bails randomly and goes flying. Other bugs too but not as concerning as the Rip rewards not being given.Any game keeps crashing my PC
No matter what site I launch it from, the EA App or Steam, games like Skate. and BF6 crash my PC, effectively turning it off. It isn't a hardware issue, as my PC is rather high end, RTX 4070. This keeps occuring maybe on each game I play, the longest i've gone without crashing would be 20 minutes, and fix would be nice because this is getting frustrating. I've cleared the cache on steam and EA app, I've verified files on both, gone and checked the anti-cheat software as well, and reinstalled again and again and there is no fix. As mentioned, it is not a hardware issue, it is a software issue, please help me fix this issue.
