I realize this message is coming very late, but after trying to log in for the past few weeks, I finally confirmed that what I was worried about is actually intentional. After years of playing, albeit on and off, and spending a few bucks (more than I care to admit), all of my account history was wiped. It took me a while to dig in and understand what happened, but learning that this was a deliberate reset was incredibly disappointing. I can't imagine that EA couldn't find a way to fairly recognize long time players and the time and money they've invested, rather than simply starting everyone from scratch with a trust us, it'll be better. I just can't support that direction in good conscience. It feels a bit like when banks or cell phone companies reward new customers while disregarding the loyal ones. If I'm misunderstanding something, please let me know, I genuinely will miss the game.Adjust graphics quality
Hi all, Just curious for those able to run the game on their devices, what graphics settings are available? I'm playing on the Samsung A9 tablet, there's only one option available being "Very Low". Wonder what cpu/hardware requirements is this game expecting to be able to get "Medium" and is "High" even possible??? 🤷Cannot login due to unknown error
Hello, the game was working fine for me since I began playing, but today I started getting an unknown error when I try to log into the game, the game loads in fine until I almost get in and then I get the error message. Sometimes I even get the pop up for the current event or see my front page for a tiny second before getting the error again. I have tried a couple things including restarting the phone, redownloading the game, tried using iphone login, EA account login, neither works, please help with looking into it, thank you.PVP MODE
I love this game so far, no issues. In my opinion the mechanics and everything above is great. We need to implement some things here. PVP MODE - able to challenge each other with ranked leaderboards and match making must be fair. COMMENTARY - Can we get some commentary voiceovers. Instead of silence. REPLAY FEATURE - We the new mechanics we should be able to see our highlights within the game REGULAR SEASON- We need a regular season to be able to play.Linking accounts help
When the new version launched, all previous login methods stopped working for me (I usually logged in with Google Play), I can only use guest login on my device. However, I am planning to change to new device soon, but since my account is not linked, I wonder how it can be migrated? When I click "link accounts" icon for Google or EA sports, I get an immediate linking failed message, What should I do to keep my account if I want to switch to a new device or will have an issue with current one?Too many bugs and issues
Guys I have been trying to get in contact with support but no replies for my chat for 24 hrs , I made a real money purchase but the pack never reflected in my account, but my money got debited, I'm not able to link my google account or my ea account, it's messy, please help me out
