Unable to Connect to NFS Rivals Servers (Error 40010000 on PS4 / 80070000 on PC)
Hello, With the announcement of the NFS Rivals server shutdown scheduled for October 7, 2025, I wanted to revisit the game and earn the two remaining online trophies I’m missing. I bought the PS4 version back in March 2020, and at the time I had no issues connecting to the servers. However, when launching the game now, I'm prompted with a message with a QR code asking me to reset my EA account password. I did so, but the message kept appearing even after changing the password successfully. After doing some research, I found that this might be due to my PSN account not being linked to my EA account. I checked on myaccount.ea.com, and indeed, no PSN account was listed. When I tried to link it, I received an error saying that my PSN account was already associated with another EA account, using an email ending in @disabled.ea.com. I’m not sure why my PSN was linked to a disabled EA account, so I contacted EA Support. They were able to unlink it and re-link it correctly to my main EA account. However, when I try to join an online game in NFS Rivals on PS4, I get Error 40010000. Since I also own the game on PC, I decided to test it there to see if the issue occurred on that platform as well, and unfortunately it does, but this time with Error 80070000. On my EA account page, I can see that both my PSN and Steam accounts are correctly linked, and all three accounts (EA, Steam, and PSN) use the same email address. I’ve tested other Need for Speed titles on PC (NFS Unbound, NFS 2015, NFS Most Wanted 2012), and they all connect to EA servers without any problem. It seems the issue is specific to NFS Rivals and my account, regardless of the platform I use. One additional detail that may be relevant: I changed my EA username in December 2020, several months after I last played NFS Rivals. I don’t know if that could have had any impact on this issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I’d appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this. NFS: NO LIMITS I CAN'T LOG IN WITH PLAY GAMES
Recently I had a problem because I have an account with saved data and every time I want to Log In with Play Games the game redirect me to "Add Account" page on my device I tried every single method even removing my account and than log in through the option NFS gave me and even after that I can't load and connect my account what can I do?

cars not appearing in garage
Cars I boost from lockup in lockdown mode aren’t appearing in my garage or as cash if I already have them. I only have 85 cars in my garage too, this just started happening and I don’t know what I can do to possibly fix this bug. Anyone else experiencing this?

I buy i am speed hunter event for 5 day for 100 gold. But i try to open it, my screen turn into black. And i cant go to garage and menu. The only way is to close the game. please make a solution for it

Game Progression not loading
About two years ago, I tried to play NFS Heat, and to my surprise, none of my saved data was uploaded to the game. I have live chatted with two agents about this issue, and no solution. I've tried all of their guides. Any tips I'm on PS4

Was not rewarded last weeks rapsheet car.
I have been grinding the lockdown mode last week. I got all the way up to the platinum level with. It said Completed. When the week was over i did not recieve the car. It was last weeks foxbody 1990. I can’t find it in the store nor my garage. Please help

Need For Speed Rivals Time Saver Pack not available for purchase in Psn store
Hi Guys I am gamer from India I have purchased Nfs Rivals in xbox 360 pc One and ps4 wanted to get time saver pack in psn store but the pack isnt available for purchase in the india or even the US store but it is only available in the malaysian region store anyone else facing the same however the same pack is available for purchase in orgin steam and xbox store around the world ,the chat support told to discuss with the community to raise the issue to devs

[unbound] There is a missing asset when displaying the game in profile showcase
I completed need for speed unbound at 100% and I want to show it on my steam profile, but the image that is supposed to be there is not found. Need for Speed Most Wanted
Is it ever goin to be possible to bring back the original Need for speed Most Wanted and not make it stupid expensive. Like I used to enjoy playing that game and now I can't get it anywhere for less than $100.

NFS HEAT Low FPS on Good PC
Dear EA and dear Community, I started to play Need for Speed Heat on PC. My PC specs: - Ryzen 7 5700x - Radeon RX 6800 TUF - 32 GB RAM 3600MHz - Samsung 990 PRO SSD Drive I am playing on a 180Hz QHD resolution monitor with free-sync enabled. Sometimes my FPS is around 120-180 but sometimes lock to 30 40 And now it is stuck to 30-40 i cant get any higher In games like CP77 or Star Wars DL2 are the framerates stable high like 120fps average. Is there any way to fix this problem? GPU almost full usage but CPU 50-40 percent

Chevrolet Camaro
When I open up the Chevrolet Camaro special event the screen turns black screen except the top buttons for back and home and such except they don’t do anything when you click on them and the game stays black. I tried refreshing the game. I tried redownloading the game. I also tried turning my iPhone off and back on yet the problem persists when trying to open up the Camaro special event. The rest of the game works fine. The black screen goes away when the game is refreshed but it’s sad that I have a slot taken up in my special events by this bug please help

Does Need for Speed Rivals have any promotional bonuses or limited time content, like the Red Bull Car in Need for Speed Heat? I was told there was, but that it's now included in the Complete Edition, but I want to double check.

Connection problem
Hello guys. I am playing Need for Speed no limits for 3 years now and I have my profile that is 123 level with 43 cars in my garage. Few days ago I bought an iphone 13 pro max and I wanted to play from there. I created my apple ID and my game center to the same google account that I had my nfs account. Suddenly the game started from stage 1. I was really confused so I tried numerous times to log in with my real account. But it just starts from the start over and over again. I still have the profile on my old phone so I know it's there but for some reason NFS denies my entry from my new phone. It doesn't even show that there is a profile there. How can I fix this issue?
