How do I get help with a technical issue in NHL 24?

Connection Troubleshooting Advanced Connection Troubleshooting Having an issue on an Xbox console? A good place to start with Xbox troubleshooting is power cycling your console. This can help with many of the most common issues we see. This process doesn't erase any of your games or data. How to power cycle your Xbox console: Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important: Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox. Having an issue on a PlayStation console? Power cycling is usually the best place to start with PlayStation troubleshooting. This can tackle most of the common issues you might run into. How to power cycle your PlayStation console Touch the power button on the front of the PS4/PS5 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 5 minutes. Launch the game. Tip: If you're using an external hard drive for your console, whether or not it's for NHL 24, make sure all of the game updates are saved to the same storage drive. If the files are located on different drives it could cause errors or performance issues. If you have the game saved to an external storage drive, reinstalling it on the internal drive might help with crashes or errors. NHL 24 crashing when starting a game after creating more than one team
I’ve been making custom teams all with custom players on the roster. It’s fine when I make one team and add the custom players, but not when I do it a second time. If there’s two custom teams with custom players, the game crashes on the team select screen before starting any game mode. I can do one team with custom players and one with non-custom players on the roster with no problem, it’s just the second team. The error code is CE-108255-1 on PS5. I’ve contacted Sony but didn’t help. Is there a fix for this?

Experiencing Glitching NHL24 Cloud Game For PC
I am experiencing glitching while trying to play NHL24 Cloud Game for PC. I am new to Xbox GamePass Ultimate (On PC only, No Xbox console) NHL24 is included in the GamePass but can only be played on the Cloud, not available to install. The game sometimes works fine and then other times it is extremley glitchy. I tried repairing and restarting the Xbox app, tried playing on browser instead of Xbox App. I closed all background apps. Restarted my laptop, reached out to EA Games & Xbox. EA Games chat seems to think it's a problem with Cloud Servers. Xbox chat with other gamers said that I should follow troubleshooting: (Repair tool, support, reset etc) Others say it seems like a problem with cloud servers so nothing can be done. I am thinking about cancelling my Xbox Ultimate GamePass if cloud games don't work. I have a fast and secure internet connection and my laptop had 16GB RAM. I don't see anywhere in the NHL game where I could change the Settings for Graphics or anything like that. I can't find Streaming Quality settings in the Xbox app. It's possible it's just not going to work no matter what I do. Thought I'd try one last time to see if anyone knows. Thank you for your time.

I just encountered this problem in the last few weeks and just got the issue recently. It makes the game nearly unplayable. What adds to the problem is that it doesn’t happen to everyone on the ice. It can also vary who it affects from game to game.Defense leaving far post
Defenders are not staying at their position and rule number on1 cover the far post, the defense man run towards puck carrier and leave far post open thats not how you do in icehockey you cover the far post to the very very last, puck carrier have to come in front of goal before they should leave it. dont matter if its etablished defense, 2 v 2 or 2 v 1 the most important is far post its priorrity number one and the trust the goalie at the near post i think this bug has been here in what 5-7 years? i can see i tried report this before https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-NHL-Games/Defenders-leave-correct-defensive-position/m-p/9915287#M43589 but its pretty simple dont leave the far post open thats the most dangerous.Bad dekes is not getting picked up from opposition

The attacking player makes a deke but defending is standing his ground an the puck is up for grasp for the defender but he is completely passive not taking over the puck as he should because the attacker failed his timing at the deke. English Alot of game i play is against teams that just have everything on high pressure, but the players is not getting exausted when chasing headless and no tactical approach in there pressing like they would in real life icehockey, they press full with 3 men whole game, i can play the puck around for many minutes and then past them for attack but somehow they still sprint faster than me back to defence again its not possible, but they are not exhausted that would of cause happen in icehockey and are not possible. They should of cause getting completely depeleted on stamina because its not possible to play like this in icehockey.Missing X-Factor abilities after completing their objectives
I am playing Be a Pro on NHL 24 on the PS5, and I completed an objective that was supposed to give me two X-Factors, but I didn’t get them after talking to the coach to get my rewards. The storyline completion gave me Big Rig, even though I am a sniper. I tried simulating a few days with no luck. Anyone know what happened and if I can fix this? I doubt there’s anything I can do with how broken this game is but I wanted these 2 abilities.
