Friendly Reminder: Pogo Emails & Safety
Pogo players are reporting they have received notifications such as: "your account requires verification", "we need to speak with you, before law enforcement is called" or "you will be suspended if you do not contact us" and other fear-inducing strategies. These fraudulent notifications instruct players to call dubious phone numbers or reach out to email addresses that are NOT associated with EA. ⛔Please do not call or reply to these emails. If you are unsure, please always feel free to post here or on Pogo Forums with any concerns. Report players through EA Help > Report a player To report or block a player on Pogo, visit their profile page and click the wheel/gear icon. Additionally, our friend PogoFans also posted a very important reminder: Beware of Fake "Pogo Customer Support" Websites Recently, a few members of our community reached out after encountering a fake “Pogo customer support” website that charged them for assistance. Unfortunately, even after paying, their game issues remained unresolved. These websites are not affiliated with Pogo or Electronic Arts – they are scams designed to steal your money and personal information. The ONLY Official Way to Contact Pogo Pogo’s support is handled exclusively through the official EA Help website. Pogo does not offer phone support. If you need assistance, scroll to the bottom of this EA Help page and click the “Contact Us” button. Pogo never asks for payment to fix your account or games, and they will not contact you unexpectedly. How the Scam Works Scammers often create websites or Facebook pages that impersonate Pogo’s official support. They advertise “premium help” or list a fake phone number. Once contacted, they’ll request payment to “fix” your issue – something EA/Pogo never charges for. Afterwards, victims usually still face the same problem, and scammers may even attempt to charge them again. What To Do If You’ve Been Targeted Take immediate action: Stop communicating with the scam site right away. Secure your account: Change your EA password and/or enable two‑factor authentication. If you made a payment: Contact your bank/credit card company and request a chargeback. Let’s keep our community safe and fun by staying informed and helping each other out. The old Pogo was much better.
Bejeweled Stars - Winter event is impossible to win. I have been stuck on level 3 since it began. There is something wrong with level 3 - YOU CAN NOT WIN - and it makes no sense - so you can not figure out how to win. I am disappointed with Pogo - I started playing in 1999 - left and rejoined. The old version of Pogo - and the choice of badges - was way better than it is today. Too many pop ups also. Pogo used to be the best game site on the net. Not anymore - It is an inferior version of what it used to be. I feel sad.
Phlinx II game is too difficult to win
I have been a member of club pogo here since the 1990's and always enjoyed it. The last year though it is not fun anymore at least the Phlinx game ,it is too difficult to get past a level now. I know I'm getting older now but I am not lame. Thinking of letting this site go as it is not fun any more. Why make it so hard to get through a level? maybe offer easy med or hard levelsUpdate Front Page..
Could you please take the November/December games off the front page so that there is room for the January badges...You can't see them at all right now and I - and I'm sure that like me, others like to see them as well, so we can choose the order that we play them in.. Since I have you, this is not important really, but are you aware that a halloween witch has been in the sky when you open Merge Academy for a few years now? CHEATING
Pogo's program in "LUCKY CAT BINGO" cheats. You can only get a maximum of one daub per card. With two cards you can't get more then two daubs per number called. Therefore two scores per number called. Yet I saw the other players (house players) get 3 and even 4 scores per number called. Which is why the same avatars continually win. I did enjoy playing "Lucky Cat Bingo", but it's no fun playing when the game is rigged and the house cheats. slyseyeReminder Pop ups
I wish there was some way PAYING players could stop these annoying popup reminders that Nestor is ending soon. One time pop up and x'd out should suffice, but not with EA they have to have it pop up at every game and more than one time a game. But then they just money grab and ignore our complaints. Just one more reason NOT to renew a subscription to POGO. This sure isn't anything like the ORIGINAL PogoGame Stories & other Annoyances
I have been a POGO member for almost 20 years and over the last couple of years I noticed that one new game specifically has a story that is completely annoying. Viola Card Scramble is so much fun and I love the card game. It’s easy to not play with the story but it’s annoying and the extras during gameplay are way to pricy!! Mahjong Safari is so fun and I absolutely love it however I only play it when I’m working on a badge because of the tiles that pause the game when they match up and OMG if you have to wait for when the row fills up. PLEASE CREATE AN OPTION TO DISABLE STORIES AND OTHER THINGS THAT HOLD UP THE GAME FOR PEOPLE WHO PAY TO PLAY. I absolutely ❤️ POGO and enjoy the badges and playing against real people. Keep up the great work POGO Team!!!
